A lot of attention to gluten-free options, great to have the entire menu available in a completely gluten-free version. Tried the gluten-free pizza, very good!

First tasting, tried it as a pizzeria. Very good cecina, pizzas were okay although the gluten-free one was undercooked. Not too spacious with tables close together. Friendly and fast staff. Parking a few minutes away. Would return to try the cuisine.

Pasquale and his staff are a guarantee for the kitchen (the chef is celiac so she knows perfectly how to prepare the dishes and is an additional guarantee, just like the pizzaiolo for all the pizzas that are made with extreme care), for the kindness and respect they show in helping you choose the menu and for the care of the dishes. The cecina is exclusively gluten-free and cannot be subject to contamination precisely because, like the pizzas, it is made with meticulous care and respect for dietary issues. The sandwich with cecina is sublime, and I am saddened to read reviews that seek to undermine the work of others that is done with so much respect. All the desserts are gluten-free, and I assure you that you won't find Tiramisu as good as this anywhere else.

Really excellent restaurant! I was there on Thursday evening and called about twenty minutes beforehand for a table for 2. The gentleman who answered was super kind and accommodating; we were able to bring our 2 dogs with us. Among other things, they make an excellent gluten-free pizza! It truly rivals classic pizza.. I highly recommend the mixed fried dish with gluten-free breading, also excellent! I will definitely go back to enjoy that delicious pizza 🥰

Pizzeria and restaurant with a particular focus on gluten-free and lactose-free options - reason for the choice - entrance with two counters, one bar and the other typical for a takeaway pizzeria, two small rooms, one created in a veranda and a small outdoor "garden" - standard pizzeria environments, mixed table sizes, paired as needed, indeed the rectangular table for 4 was uncomfortable for the two guests sitting next to each other and they had to keep one leg outside. The place was noisy and somewhat smoky (but did the hood work?). I recommend acoustic panels. Friendly and nice staff. Extremely long wait times. Pizza ordered around nine o'clock arrived an hour after the appetizers and not all guests were served at the same time. The pizza, although well topped, had a thin and hard crust, it seemed toasted. Better the gluten-free option. It didn't excite me. The menu also includes meat dishes (both first and second courses) and fish (such as mussels, fried dishes) which looked promising as they were served to other tables. But the pizza, alas, wasn't great... Good cecina.

Delicious pizza with excellent topping, chickpea cake (which in Pisa is called "cecìna"...) worthy of the best bakers in Livorno. Also noteworthy is the excellent quality gluten-free pizza. A must-try.

In my opinion, the best pizza I have ever tasted, both for the dough and the ingredients used! They also specialize in pizzas and dishes for celiacs, and have a wide selection of craft beers, all at more than reasonable prices. I go there often, making my friends who come with me happy as well.

A great remedy for celiacs, excellent pizza in all flavors. Friendly staff, and a welcoming venue.

The place is beautiful, the cecina and pizzas are very good. The gluten-free menu section is very important. I was with a celiac friend, and he had a pizza with speck and gorgonzola, and he found the dough very good. Recommended. Very competitive prices.

Great gluten-free pizzas, super cecina. The owner's wife is celiac, they have a rich gluten-free menu and are part of the AIC circuit. Pleasant venue and friendly owner.

I didn't know this place and I was very satisfied. The first courses were very good, the pizza was delicious, and I, who am not celiac, can say I ate a gluten-free pizza that has nothing to envy to a classic one. Finally, the dessert... outrageous! I can't wait to go back!

In the evening, they operate a la carte dining, while during the day they offer a self-service option. They are part of the Aic circuit for gluten-free diets, including pizza. The only downside is that they do not offer gluten-free pizza for takeout. Overall, the food is good and they are very accommodating.
