Gluten-free pizza dough made with complete attention to contamination, baked separately in a wood oven. Also available are farinata and desserts (including delicious chestnut crepes). Friendly and helpful staff. A reliable option for gluten-free.

The best pizza in the province in my opinion! Thin, crunchy, and not heavy at all! Well done!

Pizzeria "alla buona", which is obviously not a flaw. Excellent gluten-free pizzas and friendly service.

Super good gluten-free farinata. Pizza, desserts, and gluten-free beer. Excellent quality-price ratio.

Pizzeria also gluten-free that I can definitely recommend. Friendly and caring staff, fast service, and all dishes are of high quality, from farinata to pizzas to desserts. Very good.

Very good pizzeria in Sarzana, I often go here because it is possible to dine with your dogs. The pizza is really good, I also had the chance to taste the focaccia and that is good too. They have excellent desserts, both the waiters and the owners are very friendly, in short, an excellent pizzeria to have dinner at. Here, even celiacs can dine.

Great pizzeria. Here I've mostly found a tasty gluten-free pizza (the only one I didn't like was with arugula and ham, perhaps because it was too "dry" and not suitable for gluten-free dough). The farinata is also excellent. Very simple atmosphere without pretensions, good price.

We went last night, small place, crowded, noisy, the only decent thing was the gluten-free focaccia, everything else from the beers to the coffee was questionable. The farinata was cold, the pizzas were burned more on the bottom than the top and undercooked (we arrived at 8:30 PM and got the pizzas at 9:50 PM). We saved ourselves from the desserts because if that’s how the rest was, better to avoid… it was a bad evening! But I won't be going back.

We have been coming to this place for many years. Tonight I had the "speck and mascarpone" gluten-free pizza.... Delicious! The penne with salmon were also very good. Too bad they don't make gluten-free crêpes. Anyway, highly recommended.

Delicious and tasty pizzas. Crispy dough with abundant toppings. I recommend them to everyone. You can also choose whole wheat dough, kamut, and gluten-free options.

Modest location, but appearances can be deceiving... quick service, wide selection of pizzas especially for Celiacs. My wife has this disease, and finding a really good place is dramatic... well... THIS PLACE IS REALLY GOOD, pleasant selection of beer... but... above all, the LADY'S PESTO is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Highly recommended.

Very good pizza, low and fragrant. A huge variety of options even for those with gluten intolerance. (Gluten-free but very tasty!) They even have gluten-free beer and non-alcoholic beer... not everyone has that! Attentive and friendly service.
