I can say that I ate the best Kinder cake in the city. It was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, truly exceptional, and beautiful in appearance. The fact that it is gluten-free does not take away from the taste. It was a success, with an assortment of other mousse cakes and cheesecakes that I will try for upcoming events or celebrations đ I highly recommend it to everyone, especially to those who are not intolerant! đŻ

Very small gluten-free shop with a rather limited selection of products. There are few seats and the overall quality of the products is average, without particular excellence. Useful for those looking for gluten-free options, but with room for improvement both in terms of offerings and the overall experience.

Terrible. Staff not suitable and lack of professionalism in managing and paying attention to customers.

Terrible experience. The ladies are not attentive, and they are irritated to work, even making mistakes with the bill. They charged me 2⏠for a sandwich that cost 1âŹ, and they even put the wrong bread in the bag. The bread was bad and smelled like the fridge.

Great croissants, cookies, seven-layer cake. Unfortunately, they donât know what seriousness and punctuality are. Certainly, you cannot rely on them; itâs absurd to place orders and not find the goods, and this hasnât happened just a few times, at least 90% of the time! Why do I still go there? Itâs close to home and, in the end, the products are good, and Iâm now aware that I canât place a serious order there; in fact, I always buy to put the products in the freezer. Nothing to complain about the staff on via Trinacria, always courteous and kind, but I would have a lot to say to those who manage the orders and should deliver them to this point of sale. Iâve been a customer for 4 years now⌠you canât work like this! Hire more staff, as it seems this is exactly whatâs lacking.

Another experience to forget. And for the umpteenth time, the cake I had ordered on Saturday for pickup the following day at 10 AM, after an hour of waiting, I was told it had been forgotten and would arrive later. I waited another hour but to no avail; the cake had magically disappeared, and I had to settle for 2 individual portions without any apologies from anyone. The staff was unhelpful, arrogant, and rude, no exceptions. Unfortunately, what I described happened three times; I have more than a suspicion that they favor others over respecting those who have placed orders.

I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but unfortunately it seems to me that despite my efforts to trust this chain, I always end up disappointed. Nothing against the staff, who are always kind. For example, the sfince were completely empty inside and the mimosa cake was absolutely inedible.

Since being newly diagnosed, I never imagined that I could find, coming to Palermo for vacation, all the treats I was used to but in a gluten-free version!!! And very good!! I took advantage of the wide variety to try something every day, and I also found the staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great place to eat gluten-free, both sweet and savory. You will find all the Palermo street food from panelle and crocchè to pastry treats like cannoli and cassate. Whenever I arrive in Palermo, I always stop to grab something.

Everything is really good, it's hard to find gluten-free products that are this good! They exceeded my expectations! Congratulations! I absolutely recommend it!

We found this delicatessen online in Palermo after fruitless attempts to search in the city center for gluten-free products. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products from sweet to savory. With prices that I find more than honest, 3 pieces for only âŹ7!! I will definitely go back!

As every year, we stop by and find the most diverse varieties of sweets, cookies, and bits of street food such as arancine and pizzette, all of good quality. The two girls at the counter are always smiling and very kind, and they work quickly. Congratulations, we will come back to visit you.

Well-stocked store, good selection of bread and pastries, medium/high prices, polite staff with customers.

The latest arancini I bought for my daughter turned out to be amazing, well-seasoned, with perfect breading, and even tastier than those with gluten.

Terrible... I just visited your store where rudeness and incompetence reign supreme. I have been a customer for many years and when I asked to have a receipt canceled because I found it absurd to pay 6 euros for a portion of dog food... a robbery, I was told by a young lady that this was not possible. I responded that at that point I would not be coming back and the young lady retorted that with my money I was free to do what I wanted. Oh, thanks... Definitely much better is the gluten-free store on Via Simone Cuccia... No Gluten Bakery, at least there the products are excellent and the people are at least polite. Terrible and I will give you terrible publicity everywhere.

A person with celiac disease can really find everything! From flour to breadcrumbs, sweets, savory dishes, pizza, bread. Truly an embarrassment of choices! Well done!

Very good bread, breadsticks and cookies the same, savory and sweet baked goods almost on par with gluten-containing products. Assortment and quality. Courteous staff. Affordable prices. Excellent!

Great rest stop for celiacs and intolerant people. They won't feel any difference. Next step: erythritol instead of sugar.
5
Excellent bakery/delicatessen/pastry shop where you can find traditional Sicilian products gluten-free. Seven veil cakes and mini arancine are my must-haves. Small suggestion: should we consider erythritol?

One of the best places for gluten-free stuff in Palermo. â Highly recommended đđ
3
Good products. Both sweet and savory. Too bad about the unfriendly staff.

Great, I went there in the first days of its opening, it seems like 5 or 6 years ago. Quality, capable and kind staff. Organized place, you can already find croissants and something else for breakfast by 7:30 AM. The pastry and arancine are excellent. However, there is a lack of something more from a gastronomic point of view; a few more preparations are needed, so I can't give it 5 stars.

Those who think that a gluten-free product lacks flavor will have to change their minds by purchasing a product from this store, rotisserie, pastry shop, bakery; often a necessity can turn into a lifestyle!

Food quality just acceptable. Poor selection.

I always go to this place and I must say that I am always satisfied both with the food and the staff.

Quality gluten-free cafeteria

As always welcoming and well-stocked, being able to have fresh bread on Sunday morning is priceless.

Everything was good today. On June 1, 2019, I went in the afternoon to buy sweets at the store. There were 3 customers, including me, and three saleswomen plus a young man. No one bothered to greet or ask us what we needed. One saleswoman was casually talking on her phone despite my protests. They gave a nod of acknowledgment but continued to do as they pleased. At that point, I left without buying anything, telling them that I would write everything online. I will never go back to this store.

Everything is excellent. Staff is courteous and professional.
