great variety of choice. I had a small pizza with potatoes, an arancino, and a small sandwich filled with salami. the first two were very good, the third one a little less so but overall top-notch. There are also desserts that looked very tempting but I didn't try them.

I ate a meat ragù arancina and it was truly exquisite. You can tell they are quality products. The cannolo is exceptional as well. Friendly staff, quality food... perfect.

Suspected use of lard everywhere, probably even in the bread because when asked they respond: - "I don't think so, I wouldn't know." Heating the bread still emits a smell of meat and has a softness that gluten-free bread normally does not have.

Passing through Palermo, I stopped by this paradise, everything wonderfully good. I had exquisite warm bread, focaccia with rosemary, and shortcrust biscuits. They are the best gluten-free products I have tasted so far, sublime.

The small pizzas are quite good, the arancini are heavy and could be improved, as well as the baked cassata. The bread I tried was not good.
