Gluten-free pizza and appetizers are really excellent, it's definitely worth trying, you won’t regret it.

delicious food and zero contamination, you can eat in total safety, except for the owner who likes to chase people away even before they have finished eating to seat other customers.

I recently discovered that I am celiac. I know well the taste of a good pizza and I am happy to have eaten a pizza that tasted like pizza and also looked no different. Soft and fluffy.. Top❤️Thank you

I have never been so calm while eating; I am celiac and have various allergies, but I was served with excellence! Everyone was very polite and the availability was exceptional. The food was of excellent quality, and it was the first time I had so many options to eat almost everything!

We stopped at the end of our vacation, just before taking the ferry! We couldn't have chosen a better place! 3 celiac (including my daughter who has a very severe reaction to the slightest contamination) and 3 "normal"... what can I say, EXCELLENT pizza for both doughs! The staff was very kind and friendly! TOP!

The art of pizza is a place where you can experience the unique taste of custom-made pizzas, combined with great attention from the staff. The hospitality is truly unique, and the place proves perfect for those with allergies or intolerances. Even though I ordered a really basic appetizer (due to the aforementioned issues), the care put into its preparation made it truly beautiful to see and more than excellent to taste. Soft and flavorful Neapolitan pizzas with various doughs, all worth trying. The Sicily blend, for example, is a must-try. The establishment is also gluten-free certified, with extreme attention to this topic. We also recommend the house dessert, which is simple and really delicious. If you find yourself in Palermo or happen to be around, we suggest you go try these pizzas. You will leave with a smile. 😃

Wide selection of doughs and types of pizzas, food for celiacs and lactose intolerant individuals. Thin, very light pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven. Top-notch pizzaiolo. Excellent pizza and service.

Absolutely amazing selection of doughs and fillings, including gluten-free and lactose-free options. High-quality food and good value for money. Some inaccuracies in the service, but overall it was a positive experience and we will definitely return. Recommended.

Gluten-free pizza clearly prepared with ready-made instant rising flour mixes, which can be found both in supermarkets and on Amazon, without having to pay between 7 and 15 euros to those who display trophies and medals everywhere for "best pizza" and then do not even dedicate a minimum amount of time to preparing artisanal products with real dough for customers who eat gluten-free! This is not acceptable.

Short and concise menu. Few dishes but well made. Wide selection of flours and flour products. Pizza for celiacs. The fried dishes are excellent. PS. It would be a good idea to add some desserts to the menu, which are currently nonexistent.

Despite its spartan appearance, white art manages to convey education and professionalism. Quick service and menu options for celiacs or various intolerances. Pizza is average. Draft beers include blonde/red varieties, including imports. For 12 people, with appetizers, pizzas, wine, beers, soft drinks, bitter, and grappa, we paid a bill of 205 euros.

Pizzeria in the area of Viale Lazio. The menu is varied in terms of doughs with a wide choice and many gluten-free options. The Neapolitan-style dough with a thick and soft crust is definitely a must-try. The staff is always polite and professional. Speed could be improved, although we went on a Saturday so that might be normal given that the place was full. The venue is clean but very small, it is definitely convenient especially on weekends.

Excellent quality gluten-free dough. Possibility to order many types of pizza dough not only gluten-free. Qualified, fast staff attentive to details. Carefully prepared appetizers made to perfection, artisanal beers. The gluten-free pizza has an excellent flavor and is a valid alternative to traditional dough. Recommended, we will return.
