I celebrated my graduation party here. The staff was kind, attentive, and always available, and the owner was extremely friendly and present throughout the evening. We were given the new room at the entrance, which is really nice, welcoming, and well thought out in detail: it contributed to making the atmosphere even more special and intimate. We ate very well, everything was fresh and prepared with care. The service was impeccable: punctual, efficient, and with a smile, which always makes a difference. Particular attention should also be given to the fact that they considered dedicated dishes for vegetarian and celiac guests, demonstrating great sensitivity and professionalism. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to organize an event or simply spend a nice evening.

We were on vacation in Palermo for 10 days, and Gabibbo is the only place we decided to return to twice! Excellent quality food, varied choice, great for those who need gluten-free food (one of the best pizzas I've ever had in 8 years). The staff takes care of the customers to the maximum. Courtesy and politeness! Highly recommended.

Finally, a place that truly pays attention to gluten-free needs. Practically everything needed, appetizers, pizzas, and desserts can be eaten by people with celiac disease, and according to my celiac partner, they taste great. That said, for gluten lovers, I must say I tried and found the pizza roasts excellent and unique... Yes, the roasts, those made on the grill with shallots and pork belly, in the Gabibbo version they are wrapped in pizza. Great idea and great flavor. There are so many pizzas, the dough was light and the pizza quite thin. Excellent quality-price ratio. I will return to try the other pizzas and especially because my wife won't complain anymore that pizza places for celiacs only offer a few types of pizza and not always good ones.... It's worth mentioning the presence of a children's area with an animator, so whether you are alone or in company, you won't hear the noise from the kids because they will be having fun without stressing the diners.

Very nice place, very kind staff, but above all, delicious pizza!! My husband really enjoyed it and so did I for the gluten-free pizza... really good. Especially notable is the special attention to gluten-free with a separate oven and a different colored plate. We will definitely be back soon, congratulations again!
