Great store with a wide availability of gluten-free food, including fresh items. My daughter was finally able to eat a good cream-filled doughnut after years. I tasted it too and must say it was just as good as the classic doughnut, only the dough was a bit less fluffy. But for a gluten-free product, it was more than satisfying. Compliments and thanks from my daughter for this simple moment of happiness. A note for hotel owners in Senigallia: if you want to 'pamper' your gluten-free guests, seek support from this store. We spent a week at a hotel that advertises its capabilities in gluten-free food, and they couldn't even prepare a simple breaded cutlet because they didn't know about gluten-free breadcrumbs.

Pleasant discovery. While on vacation in Senigallia, I found this shop that prepares delicious fresh food. I went one day to try it out and had some spectacular treats (croissants, freshly filled bomboloni, puff pastries, doughnuts, bread, focaccia, pizzas, etc…). So, I went there for breakfast for a whole week. Inside the place, they also have a small bar. What can I say? I recommend it to everyone; it was thrilling for me to taste everything and rediscover flavors that were so good they reminded me of gluten-rich ones. For me, it deserves a 10 with honors.

I love AGLUEAT. For my celiac wife's birthday, I organized a gluten-free evening here, and I must say we were treated like royalty by the staff. As always, we enjoyed delicious food accompanied by excellent cold beer. Cold cuts, grilled vegetables, savory croissants, pizzas, French fries, and a stunning presentation of a scream-worthy ice cream cake. A place to remember, to return to, where there is hospitality, smiles, and where life is beautiful. Here, celiac disease is no longer a problem. Hello Andrea and Claudia.

Their homemade bread is very good, with no difference in taste or texture, appealing sweet pastries. Dough for bread made from their own blend of flours. Courtesy and kindness combined with expertise and professionalism. Location a bit out of the center, but easily reachable with ample parking for customers.

I happened to stumble upon this place. The gluten-free and lactose-free pizza by the slice immediately won me over. The pizza served on a plate, made on the spot, is truly delightful!!! The fact that it is offered with lactose-free mozzarella gives the product an extra edge. The goodness, lightness, and digestibility of these pizzas are top-notch! You can’t leave this shop without complimenting the owner.. it just comes naturally.. The smile, kindness, and availability of the owner and the clerk at the counter frame this place beautifully.
