Pizzeria Teresina La Tradizione offers one of the best gluten-free pizzas in Rome, available only for takeout or delivery. The quality of the pizza is excellent and the establishment offers a great variety of products, including gluten-free doughs with a dedicated oven.

the best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten... and I mean the whole grain dough without lactose. For the toppings, it's self-service; you choose the base and add whatever you want, or you can choose from the menu. They also have an app to earn points and get discounts. Separate wood-fired oven and super safe!

Really interesting pizzeria, it manages to accommodate the main food intolerances. Unique pizza both with and without gluten. Nice atmosphere, especially because you can see the pizza makers while they make the pizza through a large window.

The pizzas made with top quality ingredients are excellent! Staff are super kind and friendly! They left me a lovely birthday wish! I am now a regular customer! Congratulations!

Great pizzeria for deliveries or take away. Timely and effective service, high quality, and friendly staff. It really stands out from other pizzerias, both in the area and beyond, for its approach, attention to the customer, the separation of the two premises, and real preparation for gluten-free options. Additionally, the glass-walled kitchen showcases the actual working methods to passersby.

Very rich menu, excellent preparations, among the best pizzas in Rome. Friendly, polite, and punctual riders, a pleasure. The only note could be a greater diversification of the appetizers, but otherwise one of the best pizzas tasted in Rome.

It is a blessing to have an excellent historic pizzeria in your neighborhood, especially in my case with a gluten-free option (with a separate oven) and lactose-free. The prices are in line with the quality of the selected products. It is only for takeout or home delivery, and you can also order via an easy-to-use app. The delivery guys are kind and use electric scooters. I would put a bench outside for waiting.

Efficient service, they notify before arriving, the gluten-free pizza could have been a bit crunchier, the dough was very good and the toppings were remarkable. Carlo, the rider, was very kind. Experience to repeat.

The pizza is really very good, the guys are friendly and even ready to recommend the pizza based on your tastes! The fried foods are also very good. I wanted to post a photo of the pizza but it was finished first. I will return.

The pizza is always great even without gluten. Friendly and efficient service! The summer margherita is good! Excellent suggestion.

A fantastic discovery for me, as I have only recently learned that I am celiac.. the dough is really good, the fried food is spectacular, and the customer service feels like home. In short, a place not to be missed for pizza nights at home between games and movie evenings. Congratulations!

Very kind and helpful staff. Timely delivery. Delicious pizzas, the best in the area for those with celiac disease! Along with the supplì! Compliments indeed!

The right word is IMPRESSIVE. Teresina's gluten-free pizzas can be addictive! We have tried three, on different days: carbonara, diavola, and whole grain margherita. All delicious, all with home delivery, arriving perfectly on time, with the fragrance of freshly baked products, delivered with kindness and a smile that adds something extra to the truly unique taste of the pizzas. I read on the receipt that your pizza is "a moment of happiness we try to give you by working with love": you have succeeded perfectly, bringing us also the flavor of conviviality and the joy of living. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Wood-fired cooked potatoes, bacon, and shallots sautéed in whiskey.... truly amazing, TOP TOP

...yet another confirmation, we have changed our preferences and everything turned out very well! A special praise to the rider Carlo who, with particular attention, explained to us during the delivery what was gluten-free and what wasn’t, taking the pizzas out of well-separated containers.

Exceptional service, the app to order from is fantastic, gluten-free pizza (finally) is delicious, great attention to details (the boxes are differentiated for pizzas with and without gluten) and very punctual. Well done, well done!

A few years ago it was definitely among the best in the area - very hearty pizzas and excellent fried foods. Lately, it has been disappointing me: the quality-price ratio has significantly worsened. Pizzas and service (€2.50) are too expensive for what is offered. We ordered a Tommasino, once so generously topped that it was hard to finish. The other day, however, we received a pizza with little topping: there were very few tomatoes, as was the case with the buffalo mozzarella. The crust was thin and lacking in flavor. No sauce at all. 3 stars but only as encouragement: return to how you were before!

I give only 5 stars because you can't give more! I'm not usually one to write reviews, but their pizza truly deserves to be reviewed! Good good good I am not very close to them, but the gluten-free pizza is worth every kilometer; in fact, I'm a regular customer with celiac disease. Even my husband, who hates eating gluten-free, tried it and said it's amazing. The only downside of this pizzeria is that unfortunately you can only enjoy their pizza as takeout, but I will tell you that my husband and I usually take it and park at Via della Conciliazione, so besides the excellent pizza, we enjoy a great view! Another added value is the friendliness of the owners and staff.

Tonight I stopped in front of the window.. wood-fired oven, fast and friendly pizza maker, fresh ingredients and.. voila! The pizza is made! Delicious pizza, super digestible dough, fresh and tasty ingredients! What can I say... I've never eaten such good pizza!!!

GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS AND INTERESTING IDEAS, BUT A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING RESULT. PRICES SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE. In general, the ideas are intriguing, with good quality products. However, the pizza, both in appearance and taste, is not great. We ordered both gluten-free pizzas and regular pizzas. The dough appears overcooked and the crust is rather thin, somewhat like supermarket frozen pizzas. What a pity.

Excellent products, special and delightful combinations, high-quality ingredients. For true connoisseurs, not just for those who want to fill their stomachs on time. Once, while passing by, I was pleased to see the preparation of what we usually lazily have delivered to our homes. The fine flours and special leavening allow for the creation of a very digestible product that doesn't bloat the stomach as often happens with low-value foods. The owner is always polite and kind. I highly recommend!

I won't give a star because the pizza, if it had arrived at an acceptable temperature, that is, not marble-cold, would have been good. I would certainly give 0 stars for the rudeness, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism of the person who answered the phone and said the driver had already left, but then took 50 minutes to cover 600 meters, for not apologizing when receiving complaints (as anyone should do when receiving feedback on their service... that's how you improve!), and for shamelessly lying in response to a negative review just to dodge a deserved negative comment! Are you good at making pizzas? Yes, but everything else...

Pizzas of excellent quality with great attention to the choice of raw materials. Also gluten-free pizzas. Takeaway only or home delivery.

Although I am not a fan of takeout pizza, I must admit that in this case the result is excellent both for the pizza and for the fried items. A fair price and friendliness complete the experience.

Very high quality of every ingredient including gluten-free! Absolute peace of mind for those who are celiac as they have completely separate kitchens. Rich and refined menu. Excellent

Perhaps one of the best pizza deliveries in Rome. Attention, only delivery or takeout! Even in non-covid times, there are no tables for dining in. Great variety with top-quality products. With a separate oven and area, they also offer all varieties in gluten-free dough. I believe it's, if not the only one, one of the few in Rome that offers this option. Sometimes the toppings are a bit scarce, or rather... just average, let's say (I prefer it a bit more topped)... and if ordered too early (they open at 7 PM) when they rev up the fire, which is rather lively, sometimes the bottom is a bit burnt. When I call to order, I remember to pay attention to the fire... and it arrives perfect. They also have a good selection of "accessories": fries, zucchini flowers, supplì, etc., and an excellent choice of beers. (Sorry for the dark photo. Pizza with chicory, olives, anchovies, and mozzarella)

Great traditional pizza and at the same level the gluten-free version, including fried options. Well done!

When we arrived, we did not understand that there were no tables or counters! We ate on a wall of the adjacent building 😅🤣😅 the gluten-free pizza was very good!! The fried food was a bit too "fried"..
5
Unmatched The two separate wood-fired ovens and the choice to offer only takeout pizza. If you want to taste a quality pizza, try getting it with just one ingredient, like mozzarella for example, or only with tomato, and then you'll understand that this pizzeria represents great quality reflected in a slightly higher price. Unmatched The two completely separate wood-fired ovens as if they were two different shops and the choice to offer only takeout pizza.

Basically, the pizzas are good; I didn't like the fact that after ordering two pizzas specifically because they were supposed to have finocchiona as an ingredient, I received two "sad" pizzas with slices of raw ham that I would never have ordered. Having provided my phone number, I would have appreciated being asked for an alternative.

Delivery pizzas are often similar and anonymous. But there are exceptions. The Teresina pizzeria offers them in original flavors and with top-quality ingredients. Praga cooked flavor: wood-cooked potatoes, DOP buffalo mozzarella from Campania with cooked ham from Praga. Or culatello: culatello from the low Parma area on DOP buffalo mozzarella from Campania or Andria burrata. The promising carbonara in reverse: organic eggs, DOP guanciale from Lazio, black pepper from Malaysia, and Pecorino Romano. The dough is delicious, made with whole wheat flour, and the craft beers are exceptional. They enjoy such success that there is a long wait on Saturdays. But the pizza is worth every minute of waiting.

Good pizza with home delivery. Both traditional and more original pizzas are well made with quality ingredients. Well-leavened dough and medium thickness. Wait times can be very long... call in advance.
