If I could, I would give more than 5 stars! I had such a great time that I dined here for 4 nights in a row 🤩😋. I'm not celiac, but I avoid gluten for my diet, and having tasted typical dishes like Fregola even in the traditional version, I can say that their gluten-free options are truly amazing! Finger-licking good! And the service is delightful: they are attentive, efficient, listen to you calmly, and are exceptionally kind. A real discovery that I recommend to anyone passing through Alghero! (I didn’t take photos of the other dishes, but here’s the vegetable pizza I requested)

Very nice place, with a very kind and super professional staff. The dishes are well presented and very good; obviously there is a minimum waiting time, but the preparations take time. The pizza also looks good, and judging by the line for takeout, I think I’m not wrong. The quality/price ratio is fair, they pay attention to intolerances, so feel free to ask for what you need. Excellent problem solving, credit cards accepted, and parking available. You can sit both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommended. It is advisable to make a reservation.

I highly recommend Dèmodè Beef Bistrot, a venue with AIC-certified gluten-free dishes, excellent pizzas, gluten-free dough made in-house and not pre-packaged, great gluten-free desserts, gluten-free beers, well-prepared and kind staff, cozy and informal atmosphere. Excellent experience 🤩

Everything was spectacular, from the dishes to the friendliness of the staff who welcomed us wonderfully. The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten; I was amazed when I tasted it. The dough was super light and the crusts were just as I like them: nice and thick yet soft. We will definitely return. The house tiramisu was absolutely delightful. Congratulations! 👏

I discovered this pizzeria by chance while looking for places with gluten-free food. I give it five stars after having been to this place twice. The first time we ordered two takeaway pizzas, delivered quickly and delicious, just like when eaten on-site. The second time we dined in the pizzeria and again the pizza was excellent. Both the regular dough and the gluten-free one are well-risen, and you can tell they are not pre-made but prepared with care by them. They also offer amazing gluten-free desserts. The staff is attentive to requests and very polite. If we return to Alghero, we will definitely eat at this place again. Highly recommended!!!

The place is very nice and secluded, so I don’t think it ever gets too noisy. They have gluten-free options which is great. However, although the sandwich was delicious, maybe the regular bread would have been better; let's say it wasn’t the best, but it’s still worth a visit 👍🏻

We found a spot by luck without making a reservation. The gluten-free pizza is made by them, no pre-made dough. Excellent texture and flavor as well. Price is average. Gluten pizza has good dough, but a bit lacking in ingredient quantity. 2 pizzas, 1 water for 20 euros.

Very welcoming place, just a stone's throw from the rides. They are well equipped regarding gluten-free dishes, and I must say they are also very good. The price is quite fair.

We had dinner last night, they were super kind and accommodating considering the timing of our call (10 PM) for a table for six. We arrived, the place was air-conditioned, super clean, respecting hygiene standards. The waitress immediately came to take our order, she was very kind and friendly, the dishes arrived in less than 20 minutes including the gluten-free options, pizzas, and sandwiches were exceptional, there’s no rating to define them, perfectly crispy, spectacular ingredients!!! And to top it off, the price was well-deserved and perfect, nothing more, nothing less, extraordinary! Highly recommended ✋

I review my experience with a stellar rating, fantastic dinner here at dèmodè. I highly recommend visiting it. Dinner for 6 people, we tried both the sandwiches and the pizzas as well as the gluten-free options. What can I say, everything was truly excellent, compliments! The pizza is to die for! Light, flaky, crispy, well-seasoned sandwiches served in a gourmet manner. The waitress and the owner welcomed us impeccably...clean place with indoor seating, air-conditioned, and outdoor seating that is really pleasant. Absolutely competitive prices...it rarely happens to review...but it was worth it here, I will definitely return and strongly recommend it to everyone who asks me where to taste good food. Well done!!

We had dinner two consecutive nights because we were very impressed by the attention given to "intolerances" (gluten and lactose, specifically). Everything was really good (pizza and sandwiches), and the staff and the owner were exceedingly kind. Highly recommended! Well done, keep it up!!

Welcoming place. The staff is always kind and helpful. In Alghero, the only real gluten-free establishment where you can taste various dishes even for non-intolerant diners. Personally, I tried several menu options and found everything very tasty. Luckily, there are places like this to ensure that those with intolerances have a variety of gluten-free options.

Cute place. The menu is attached to Tex comics. Very original. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend going on weekdays. Gluten-free pizza is good. Sardinian pizza is good.

The venue is very nice, a bit noisy if there are large tables. The pizza is excellent, with top-quality ingredients, also available gluten-free. The staff is courteous and informal, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Parking... Piazzale della Pace or alternatively be prepared for a nice walk ;)
