They don't have a clear idea of gluten-free. I was told that farinata is baked in a tray with other baked goods, but that I should be calm because gluten "breaks down" at 300 degrees. Not recommended!

I called this morning and they said they have naturally gluten-free products but that they are contaminated.

Good focaccia but almost impossible to find, you have to order it well in advance and often you can't order it because they have too many reservations, so they respond with not much courtesy either.

Pizza and focaccia ordered a few days before! Very good, I recommend getting the stuffed focaccias to give it more flavor!

I had a good gluten-free focaccia, it was clear that it was homemade and fresh, not packaged! It must be reserved the day before for the next day, the staff is friendly and helpful!

Super good gluten-free focaccia. Very kind and helpful staff. They don't have a separate laboratory, but they prepare all gluten-free products on clean machines, before the gluten-containing products. It is advisable to book the day before.

Focaccia and pizza must be ordered at least one day in advance. You can order any variation, which will be prepared separately and packaged in pieces. The staff is very kind and helpful. The focaccia is really, really good! It's a real joy to be able to eat gluten-free Ligurian focaccia 😊

We called the day before to inquire about the actual availability of gluten-free products (focaccia, etc.). They kindly explained to us that since it is a single laboratory, the gluten-free products are prepared early in the morning at opening time and only after completing their preparation, cooking, etc., do they proceed to the gluten products. For this reason, it is advisable to reserve some pieces in advance or arrive in the morning starting from 10:30. That said, the focaccia is truly excellent, flavorful, and fragrant. It is definitely worth it.

Space focaccia. One of the best I have ever eaten. They have many variants, all delicious. Only olive oil is used, no lard. Very friendly staff. They also make gluten-free focaccia by reservation, but cannot guarantee that there is no trace of regular flour (for those who are 'super celiac'). We will return!

After years without being able to eat focaccia, I accidentally found this place that makes different kinds, including gluten-free versions. I tried the one with cheese and the regular one: incredible! They were just as I remembered them. Thank you so much! For those with a sweet tooth, they also have coconut, hazelnut, and almond cookies, all gluten-free. P.S. You need to call the day before to reserve the gluten-free focaccia. I also recommend reserving the farinata because it sells out quickly (also gluten-free).

The only place where you can order gluten-free focaccia or pizzas. Excellent fermentation, soft dough... I would just give a couple more minutes of baking for color. Very honest price, about €4.50 for two slices (one with onions and the other plain), which is almost a gift for gluten-free. The only downside is the limited number of portions for gluten-free; we could only get it once... I would suggest making an extra tray considering the quality. We will definitely return.

We found ourselves in Finale for a quick trip and searched on Google for a gluten-free bakery for our son. When we arrived, they welcomed us saying they do gluten-free items, but by 9 AM everything was already gone because they work by reservation. Don’t say you have gluten-free options if you can't provide continuous service; those on vacation may not know they need to reserve. Luckily, the bar next door had packaged cookies.

Great focacceria with a wide choice of both focacce and pizzas. The "Recco" is also superb. Very polite and conversational staff, able to illustrate and best recommend the specialties at the counter. For those in need, and with prior notice, also for celiacs. Prices are reasonable.
