I have been sourcing from them for years every time I'm on vacation, the pastries are excellent, flaky, little biscuits and various things. The panzerotti and focaccia are great as well... the staff is helpful, I recommend making a reservation if you need to take away.

Super well-stocked store, the fresh products are very good. I tried the cookies, the pasticciotto leccese, and the tart; what can I say, delicious! The bread is very good, and finally I can eat some very fresh tarallini. I highly recommend it.

A pleasant discovery for me as a celiac! Delicious local baked goods (barese pizza, taralli, pasticciotti, bread, cookies) and classics like Schaer and other gluten-free brands. We went there because my partner is celiac. We found it through some research to allow her to have breakfast and lunch with something fresh and tasty, made on the spot and not the usual packaged gluten-free items. They are really well stocked, very prepared, and really nice. From savory to sweet, there's a wide and always fresh choice. Great!!

As a celiac, you can imagine the satisfaction of eating peacefully a good Apulian panzerotto, a great focaccia with tomatoes and olives, and DELICIOUS fried and flavorful arancini. Many other products are available, such as plain focaccia or Barese style, dry pasta, croissants, eggplant parmigiana, etc.

We were 7 friends, including two of us with celiac disease, this weekend in Ostuni. Upon finding this store, we discovered gluten-free paradise and felt pampered. The entire staff was very kind and catered to every little request we had. Their products are delicious, both sweet and savory. We tasted: filled croissants, dry pastries and cream pastries, then pizzas of every flavor and all the various fried items (meatballs, arancini). Everything was truly special. A godsend for people with food intolerances. There are both packaged products and homemade options available for order. They also use special flours and alternative sweeteners for those following a lower-calorie diet. Highly recommended. There should be more activities of this type.

There are no words to describe the quality of this place! The staff is extremely helpful in trying to meet everyone’s needs. Great gluten-free products, especially the fresh ones. Being allergic to eggs as well, they made me custom ravioli and delicious brioche! Perfect for those who, in addition to being celiac, have other intolerances. The orecchiette, their focaccias, panzerotti, and schiacciata are also delicious. Prices are much lower compared to Northern Italy, I recommend booking in advance what you desire the most. I have been frequenting this place for a couple of years now and NEVER a disappointment! Giorgia and Giuseppe are extremely helpful, always ready to accommodate last-minute needs with their exquisite meatballs (all excellent, but my favorites are the vegetable ones), with their hot panzerotti, with their excellent focaccia (the white one with mortadella is divine) and then with their Sunday desserts! Thank you guys! ...ps: the apple pie for breakfast is something that reconciles you with the world!

I stayed 3 days in Ostuni and this place has been a fixed stop for me. Lots of gluten-free and lactose-free choices. Excellent sandwiches and focaccias. I tried the cream pasticciotto and panzerotti. Everything was good!!! Well done guys. Keep it up. I will definitely return.

The focaccias are always burnt and the panzerotti have dough that is too thick and very little filling, so they remain dry. Not to mention the frise and cookies that only taste of eggs! Moreover, they are disorganized and 9 times out of 10 I can't find the labels on the products. High prices. There is definitely room for improvement on multiple fronts.

In Ostuni, if it weren't for him, you would starve. Gluten-free with packaged products and a very well-stocked display case. The tiny pizzas are exquisite.

Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars because I cannot judge the quality of the fresh products, as I went to the store wanting to taste their homemade croissants at 9:45, but they had already run out of all of them. I recommend making more to satisfy a larger customer base.

Discovered on vacation, I treated myself to a real gluten-free panzerotto, it looked "real" 🤣! Also had the typical fantastic Apulian focaccia, so I could enjoy typical dishes and rediscover certain flavors. Those who are not celiac cannot understand what it feels like! Thanks to those entrepreneurs who venture into gluten-free.
