Recco focaccia like the real one, classic and very good focaccia, I hope they open in other cities too. I arrived at 10, and they warmed up 3 frozen focaccias because they only start baking from 11, and they packed them for takeout. Prices a bit high, as usual "gluten-free markup."

Excellent products, not only for their quality but also for their taste! I have been celiac for 10 years and I finally ate a real gluten-free Genovese focaccia! The sweet products are great too... the croissant with jam is just like the 'real one'! Fantastic, never again without!

I recommend trying the cheese focaccia from Recco. Having become celiac at 57, I know the taste of the original cheese focaccia (the one with gluten) and I find no difference. It is simply excellent. It's great that they also sell it frozen. I haven't tried the other products yet.
