I returned two AliExpress items directly in the store. One was correctly tracked and delivered, the other disappeared without any update. After the delivery, I sent several emails, all regularly read but never receiving a response, and I went to the store in person twice, where I was explicitly told that they would not resolve the issue. As a last resort, I warned that I would leave a negative review, stating that I was fully willing to avoid it if there was a feedback or an attempt to resolve it, but I still did not receive any response. The package was taken over by the store, and from that moment, the management was no longer my responsibility. Extremely negative experience due to refusal of assistance and total lack of post-delivery support.

Honestly, I've never bought from there but used it as a pickup point for eBay. The two guys are available and friendly, even considering the minimal profit from the service... it's rare to encounter this, great business card.

Given the continuous decline and strong growth of products (frozen and non-frozen) offered by the pharmacy we have been using for over 30 years, a few months ago we tried this small shop and found a great assortment combined with quality brands. The kindness and availability of the two young owners of the store convinced us to return and use our monthly vouchers with them. Keep it up!
