I stopped and, to my great surprise, I ate a GLUTEN-FREE piadina. What can I say, for someone with celiac disease, it is always a joy to find places that offer gluten-free options, and this one was really good. I had the one with spicy salami. Well-filled, good and elastic dough (store-bought gluten-free piadinas are often dry and not elastic at all). Congratulations! I recommend it for those who follow a gluten-free diet (and not, of course).

The best piadineria in Udine. Different dough options to choose from (they also have gluten-free piadina suitable for intolerant people, but not for celiacs). The menu offers a wide selection of piadine ready to meet every request. I give 4 stars to the service because the girl with glasses seems a bit "annoyed" right from when she takes the order. To the blonde lady and the beautiful little dog, I give 10 stars.
