offers a huge variety of gluten-free pizza. the best in Mantova

Excellent pizza. The venue is not AIC certified but uses a separate oven and fryer for gluten-free pizzas (dough made by them). The fried pizza is very good and is served open with the filling on top; other pizzas can be chosen with various doughs, for an additional charge, but are generous in both size and toppings.

I'm sorry to leave this negative review because the owner is a wonderful person, attentive to customers and to his employees. If it were only for him, I would give a thousand stars. The gluten-free pizza, however, was the usual experience that leaves a bitter taste and makes you understand why it is called "gluten-free diet." They can make 17 types of dough, but the extra charge for the classic gluten-free one is as much as €3 (almost double that of many pizzerias). I ordered a Sicilian pizza because besides capers and anchovies, it had olives, paying €8.5 + 3 instead of €7 for the Roman without olives. My companion's pizza arrived: beautiful, overflowing from the plate and full of toppings. My pizza, however, arrived late: tiny (the plate is also smaller not to show that it's half the size of the other) with more crust than anything else, very few ingredients, barely thinking of mozzarella and 5 olives. The taste was good, but the size and the toppings were that of a baby pizza for children. Nothing compared to the normal pizza they make, and as a celiac, you feel mocked because, as usual, you are paying triple for a product that is half of what is considered "normal." I was so upset that I didn't want to order anything else, I left hungry. I was there to tell everything at the cashier, but the owner was so likable that I couldn't do it. I hope this review helps improve gluten-free products, not so much for the taste but for the care and attention with which they are offered: sure, we celiacs have a particular diet, but that doesn't mean we deserve different treatment. If a product is paid for more, it should be the closest thing to the original product; there are now many gluten-free pizzerias around, and there are countless incredibly good gluten-free pizzas, so why should we always feel different even if we pay to be the same?

Wide selection of gluten-free pizza doughs. Very good pizza, the best gluten-free in the area! Gluten-free desserts are also available, and the liqueurs made by the owner are amazing, he is super!

Spacious locale with the possibility of take-away pizza. Both regular and gluten-free pizzas are good. Wide variety of flavors to choose from. A nice touch is the gift of gluten-free lollipops. Interesting option to access artisanal liquors and bitters. Very kind and helpful owner.

Gluten-free pizza are fantastic, one of the best I've ever had. Light and tasty, they make it themselves. Highly recommended :)

Everything was great, the gluten-free pizza was delicious, and the other pizzas were also very good. Generous toppings, attentive to customers, normal prices. Finally, I found a place where you can go and the pizza is good, digestible, and well-leavened. Small attentions to the children by giving out lollipops at the end, and of course the kids appreciated it very much.

The pizzas are good, filled with quality ingredients and well cooked. Gluten-free doughs are available. Well done! Courteous and smiling service, fair prices. Too bad about the little table space: those who love to be comfortable will be a bit disappointed.

Very nice place that reflects the soul and passion that the owner and the entire staff put into it. The variety of pizzas and doughs is impressive, there is an embarrassment of choice. Well-guarded and special doughs. There is the possibility to order gluten-free and lactose-free. Very good quality-price ratio.

15 years of Celiac disease, I've eaten many pizzas, but never like this one. I had a "Porkis". MAGNIFICENT. The staff was very attentive, kind, and professional. And the owner of the place, a delightful person.
