Friendly and attentive staff, excellent and plentiful appetizers, including vegetarian options. I don't drink alcohol, and they recommended a delicious ginger, lime, and berry aperitif. A true Roman pizza, gluten-free cuisine. Fresh millefoglie cake with berries and pistachio cheesecake. My colleague and I celebrated our retirement. It was a success! Would definitely return.

This is my second time coming to this place and the food is always excellent. I celebrated my birthday two years ago and everything was outstanding, which is why I came back. I also ordered home delivery once and the pizzas are fantastic. Next time I will try the first courses, which look truly inviting, as does the entire menu. The cost is slightly above average but considering that I eat gluten-free and lactose-free products, it's reasonable. Those who were with me had regular dishes and were satisfied. The staff is attentive to needs and very friendly.

Pizza is very good both with and without gluten, using excellent raw materials. The patatosa, a potato rosty, is offered in various delicious versions, such as the low-temperature cooked schnitzel, seasoned with a choice of vegetables, cheeses, and cured meats or other combinations. The service is efficient; everyone is very friendly, from the owner, who is always attentive to every detail, to the staff. Highly recommended for those who are celiac, as they have a separate kitchen for the preparation of dishes.

Absolutely delicious. Truly exceptional food, I’ve rarely eaten so well gluten-free! Risk of contamination is zero due to separate kitchens and attentive staff, WOOD-FIRED OVEN and dough made on-site for gluten-free pizza, but above all... THE INGREDIENTS are of really top-notch quality. Everything I ate, from the cold cuts in the appetizer to the porcini and truffle on the pizza and even the pistachio in the desserts, was of AN OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH QUALITY. I don’t know where they find them, I want the suppliers’ contact information RIGHT NOW. Additionally, the prices are completely normal, average without any surcharge for gluten-free, which is absurd considering the quality they have; I would have genuinely preferred to pay more! It goes without saying that it’s my new favorite restaurant. I will definitely return to try everything else on the menu. I recommend it to everyone and hope this place gets the fame it deserves because it’s clear they work with passion!

Everything was fabulous! From the fried dishes to the dessert! I speak as a celiac and can assure you that everything is amazing. The fried dishes are incredible, not to mention the truffle cacio e pepe. I wish I had taken some photos, but I didn’t have time! Even the tiramisu was wonderful. It has become my favorite place.

This is the second time I've come here and this time even more I confirm that it is a special place for celiacs like me and not only. Excellent reception, great food, and qualified staff, I really recommend it to everyone and hope to come back very soon. Here I had the best pizza with the best fried food and gluten-free dessert. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to eat wood-fired pizza that is thin, crispy, and topped with really exceptional ingredients! The service is excellent, and they pay great attention to gluten-free cuisine. The pizza looks and tastes like regular pizza, as do the delicious supplì. They are also efficient with their home delivery service, complete with a complimentary tiramisù (which is also delicious)!!!

The "normal" pizza was almost inedible, with the base detached from the toppings, very strange. The gluten-free pizza and the fried foods were good but hard to digest. The price of the fried menu does not refer to the gluten-free menu, which is instead à la carte, but this is not stated anywhere, either here or at the premises.
