I preface by saying that the gentleman who wrote the last review dated 09/11/2022 probably confused this restaurant with another one, as I can confirm from direct experience that this establishment, although not part of the AIC circuit, is an absolute guarantee for those who are celiac! The best artisanal gluten-free pasta (made by them) I have ever eaten, definitely worth trying with the traditional Roman first courses. Finally, I would like to point out, in addition to the kindness and friendliness of the owners, another noteworthy added value that, in my opinion, qualifies and identifies a restaurant: I have never seen restrooms kept so well and clean! Well done, keep it up!

Typical Roman cuisine, rigorously gluten-free... everything made by them, from bread to pasta... the owner’s children are all celiac!!! A guarantee!!! Kind and approachable... my husband and I will definitely come back!!!!

Fantastic! The food is excellent and the menu is similar to the regular one. The amatriciana was delicious. They make their own bread and it's delightful, with a nice crispy crust. I will definitely return; it’s a restaurant where there is great attention to gluten-free customers, better than some certified places that are quite disappointing.

Siamo stati molto bene! Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per domande anche "tecniche". Hanno un menù vegano separato da quello onnivoro che comprende piatti tradizionali come cacio e pepe, amatriciana,a anche tagliata di seitan ecc. Hanno anche diversi piatti senza glutine cucinati in una sezione a parte (un parente del gestore è celiaco quindi penso rispettino le linee guida). Sono celiaca e l'ho trovato fantastico! si mangia benissimo e il menù gluten free è sovrapponibile a quello normale. La amatriciana era buonissima. Fanno loro il pane senza glutine ed è delizioso, con una bella crosta croccante. Ci tornerò sicuramente, è un ristorante dove c'è una grande attenzione al cliente celiaco, migliore di alcuni locali certificati che sono invece piuttosti deludenti. Personale molto gentile e servizio veloce.
