From the reviews, I expected something better. I understand the difficulty in making a gluten-free dough, and maybe I am too demanding. I will definitely return to try again, especially since in Siena, pizzerias/restaurants with a double kitchen are hard to find.

By saying double oven, I mean everything. A variety of appetizers that will make you lick your lips, sweets like Neapolitan pastiera, cannoli, etc., all gluten-free. High certification and top-notch pizza, all cold cuts without lactose and obviously gluten-free. Dairy products without lactose. Dough made by them (Neapolitan DOC gluten-free). I recommend booking in advance. 😊
