A certainty. Every time I return to Val d'Orcia, I stop by this restaurant. The gluten-free bruschetta and fresh pasta are delicious, and there's always a wide selection of other gluten-free dishes.

What to say... everything perfect! A fairy-tale location immersed in nature (and the typical local cypress trees). A very wide gluten-free menu with appetizers and first courses with typical seasonings. I had cortisone with liver and pici with wild boar... a delight!

You absolutely have to stop here! Very rich gluten-free menu. They are not certified but they used to be, so they know perfectly what they are talking about (not just food but contamination, etc.); everything from the platter to the pici to the dessert is delicious. We will definitely return.
