The idea of making completely gluten-free ice cream is very nice, but objectively, the result is not great: the ice cream was quite gritty and very, very sweet. Based on the awards and nominations displayed on the walls, I expected much better.

The ice cream shop is located in the center of Alessandria, an ideal place for a stroll. There are no seats except for a few chairs outside, so the service is exclusively takeaway. The ice cream is excellent, and the sorbets are also good, with quite refined flavors. A noteworthy point is that the entire offering is gluten-free, which is absolutely not taken for granted. Prices are in line with the quality of the product.

Finally, after years without it, I found an excellent gluten-free melted ice cream!!!! And the staff is very kind!!!

The best ice cream shop in all of Alessandria!! I recently moved to Alessandria from Cuneo and now I come to this small ice cream shop every day. Both the ice creams and slushies are top-notch, you can tell that the products are made with high-quality raw materials. It's great that everything is gluten-free and there is a nice selection of flavors without milk. The place is always clean, and the guy working there is very kind. I would just add a bit of background music, but everything else is beautiful. I recommend the mojito slush and the salted pistachio ice cream to everyone. WELL DONE!!
