Wow, what else can I say? Since I found out that I can no longer eat gluten, the first thing I thought was, "What about pizza?" I have tried many gluten-free pizzas, and none of them even remotely resembled the taste or texture of a regular one. I was in Alessandria and decided to go there with my dad, who can eat anything. I thought, "Lucky him, he will enjoy a good pizza," but I was sorely mistaken. My pizza was the best thing I have eaten in years: flavorful, beautiful, crumbly… I was full but couldn’t resist finishing it all, crust included. Even when it started to cool, I swear I was about to get emotional from the goodness! I also ordered a dessert, and as is my routine, I asked whether it was gluten-free or not. The staff immediately reassured me that all desserts are gluten-free. I had the crema catalana, my dad had the tiramisù, but there was so much choice. Even now, my dad doesn’t know that his tiramisù was gluten-free! They have two separate counters and two ovens for regular and gluten-free pizzas, and when it comes to starters and main dishes, they can cater to everyone with both "normal" and "abnormal" versions. The staff is really kind and helpful, the pizza chef super friendly, and he always circulates among the tables making everyone feel at home. Beautiful place. I highly recommend it!

Cute place, the pizza seems really good without gluten. The restaurant has two separate kitchens, which makes me feel very safe regarding the risk of contamination! The staff is kind. The prices are a bit high, but given the presence of the two kitchens, it makes sense. I recommend it to everyone; even the pizzas with classic flours are very good and well-cooked. The seafood menu isn't bad either!
