We spent a summer lunch at Fattoria Giuntoli. The place is family-run and the owners are very kind. Before lunch, they took us on a tour of the farm, where there are cows, sheep, donkeys, and farm animals. They told us how they manage the fields, the butcher shop, and the agritourism, all in an organic way. The view is very beautiful, between fields of wheat and sunflowers. The agritourism hosts few people, it is very simple and welcoming, practically a family home. For lunch, we were in a room dedicated entirely to us. We had already agreed on the menu over the phone. My daughter ate gluten-free, without any problems and with pleasure. They have a celiac grandson and therefore take care to produce condiments with attention to contamination. The owner cooks very well, traditional dishes made with obviously fresh products grown by them. We returned home with a few bags of gifts, including jams, sauces, and artisanal pasta. We will definitely be back.
