Two stars instead of one solely because it might be the only gluten-free option in the area, but a takeaway pizza really costs too much (even with gluten) and the quality is very, very poor. Everything is raw and the ingredients are supermarket quality. I'm really sorry, I was hoping for a good pizza.

I believe this is the second time I'm writing a review, and that’s certainly because I’m compelled by the desire to publicly share a truly spectacular experience or a disappointing one. This time it’s the second case. I found this place due to the need to spend an evening in the Sabina area with a family friend we reached in close proximity. My celiac condition requires me to look for a compromise each time to freely choose among various dishes. Even when I booked the day before, I had the perception that I hit the mark, feeling reassured when I was told, "Don't worry, we are an AIC authorized center." Then came the unexpected surprise: the venue, nestled in the greenery, with that vacation agritourism atmosphere. Absolute respect for anti-COVID measures; even though it was on the eve of loosening restrictions, the lady, very pragmatic and few of words (just my personal opinion), didn’t allow tables to be pushed together or any favorable distancing. As for the rest, what can I say: two menus, one for the pizzeria and one for the kitchen, in reading them, one senses the care in the search for ingredients and the exquisite delicacy in creating unexpected combinations, emphasized by the base of the pizza dough, delicious and in my opinion, better than gluten-filled. Lightly breaded fried foods that were absolutely pleasant, fantastic artisanal beer strictly for celiacs and pleasing even to the non-intolerant. A tiramisu also personalized with chocolate chips that added an extra thrill to the indulgence. Even the coffee had a note of refinement in flavor. Finally, when asking oneself, "Everything is too beautiful, where’s the catch?" one is disenchanted by the bill, 22 € per person, an absolutely ridiculous price for so much passion and quality. I apologize for being verbose, but it was necessary. We won’t return soon, but immediately. That menu deserves to be explored thoroughly. Thanks to the owners, you made us feel at home.

We were recommended by a friend today and after reading the reviews. For this day, the menu was fixed. I am very honest, I rarely write reviews, but today I feel like complimenting the chef who presented himself, and I appreciated it very much.... the dishes were truly good, delicate, and sophisticated. Each course had a different wine that accompanied the dish. The gluten-free options were particularly enjoyed by my daughter. In short, we will return soon. I recommend it.

Special place! Managed with quality, courtesy, and attention. I have been there multiple times, the last time today, and I must say I am always extremely happy. I also want to highlight the truly remarkable quality of the gluten-free cuisine, special! I will return many more times!

Excellent cuisine, high-quality raw materials chosen with care, and a very high level of professionalism from every person working there. The gluten-free cuisine is offered with a variety and skill in preparation that never makes one feel different from those eating the classic 'gluten-filled' options.

I ate at this restaurant every day for the entire duration of my vacation, trying every dish: from appetizers to pizza, to pasta, to meat, to desserts. Always excellent! The staff is wonderful, always kind, smiling, and knowledgeable. If you don’t know what to order, let them advise you, you won’t be disappointed! Moreover, it’s perfect for both coeliacs and lactose intolerant people: every dish on the menu can be adapted to different intolerances. And that’s no small thing!

We were on a short vacation and ate at this restaurant for three days. As a celiac, I tried both first and second courses and pizzas... and I have to say everything is exceptional! One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Great selection of gluten-free beers. Excellent service and knowledgeable and competent staff. Welcoming and wonderful location! We will definitely return!
