I ate a gluten-free and lactose-free pizza at the location in Piazza Duomo (I noticed at the entrance that the AIC symbol was missing) and unfortunately after dinner, I felt unwell... So I assume there was contamination... maybe it was the other certified location.

Gluten-free pizza that is truly amazing, right in front of the Basilica of Santa Croce. One downside: the price... a bit too expensive! Otherwise, approved as a place.

Gluten-free pizza that is nothing short of wonderful, well-risen, with a nice crust, well-topped, tasty, and easy to digest. Friendly staff, very nice and special place, as it overlooks Piazza Duomo directly. Last but not least, even though you eat with a view of Santa Maria del Fiore, the prices are very reasonable. Every time I go to Florence, it is a must-stop!
