D'Abramo Pizzeria offers excellent pizza, also appreciated for its gluten-free options. Despite the wait times, the quality and flavor are definitely worth it.

The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten.

great pizza, too bad about the rather long waiting times

One good aspect of pizza is that it seems to be easily digestible, which cannot be said for all pizzas. The edges of my pizza were a bit too burnt and in the end, it didn't really blow me away. Probably if I had asked for the Neapolitan dough, it would have been better (I believe it was possible to do so). The gluten-free and lactose-free pizza that my sister had, on the other hand, was very good.

One of the few places in the Palese neighborhood where you can eat gluten-free pizza. I should mention that they only serve gluten-free pizza. I tried two pizzas on different days and found them good. I also had an excellent national craft beer. The idea of the "self-service" (so you don’t pay for the table service) and the vibrating call alerting you when your order is ready is original! The staff is friendly and tries to organize the seating. I recommend not going too late because you will wait a long time for tables to become free.
