Interesting food, but since I don't have any food intolerances, it doesn't make much sense for me to keep shopping. I've satisfied my curiosity about it... I would have liked to discover a little less about the indifference of the clientele, but oh well, I'll just let it go because I don't have the patience. Also, I always arrive towards closing time when the food is almost gone, so I can't find many great things.

Products among the best available in the Puglia region, excellent sweets as well as focaccia, first courses, Easter doves, panettone... in short, any food that exists for those who have no problems you will find here in gluten-free and lactose-free versions. Really kind and knowledgeable staff, especially Angelo, a young man by name and by fact, attentive to meet all customer needs. I am celiac and I travel 45 km to stock up from Madietta, and my aunt, who discovered this bakery/pastry shop with me and who lives just a stone's throw away but has neither intolerances nor food allergies, often prefers to buy products from Madietta! Of course, AIC is affiliated with ASL. Everything is excellent, keep it up!

The two round desserts, one with cream and cherry and the other with apple, are exquisite!!!
