At lunch, we went to this place. The staff was prepared for every kind of need; we ordered a mixed fried platter for two and two first courses. Mine (gluten-free) unfortunately was quite al dente, so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest.

Excellent restaurant for us celiacs, with great attention to contamination. They make almost everything in a gluten-free version: sandwiches, appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts... and even the bread they make themselves in different varieties is really excellent!

We spent four days on vacation in Palermo and for two evenings we dined at Bistrot 107. The dishes are truly good, not banal, and above all there are many gluten-free options. The menu has various options that can satisfy everyone. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. As a celiac, I enjoyed my arancino with the ragù of a lifetime! Outside they have the AIC sign; I don't know for sure if they have a separate kitchen. The menu is the same and can be made gluten-free. I didn’t have any issues anyway! As a celiac, I would return to Palermo especially to eat! WOW

I discovered this place while on vacation in Palermo. Everything on the menu is available in a gluten-free version. The prices are advantageous, and I absolutely recommend trying the appetizers, which are very well-made and generous. As for the first courses, I found them to be too heavy on seasoning and ingredients.

Good food, affordable prices, and very courteous and attentive staff. There is a vast selection, from fried food to sandwiches, from fish dishes to meat dishes... all gluten-free! Really good. My boyfriend had delicious penne, I had bruschetta and an arancino, which might be the only thing that could be improved because it was a bit bland, but still highly recommended!

We ordered the fish menu, and perhaps we made the wrong choice. The food was nothing special, but the portions were super generous and the menu price is advantageous (appetizers, 2 first courses, 3 second courses, dessert, and a drink included). We noticed that the other people around us ordered individual dishes, which looked much better. We'll have to try again to give it a second chance. As for the attention to gluten-free options, nothing to say!

Paradise for those with celiac disease, impossible not to stop by, entirely gluten-free menu, excellent traditional and non-traditional dishes, highly recommended is the Sicilian fried food. The staff is welcoming and warm, it's impossible not to return a second time.

I couldn't taste anything in this place because the owner (I suppose) sent us away for two consecutive evenings, with the restaurant empty and us arriving around 6:30 PM, telling us that we needed to make a reservation. She didn't even let us explain that we would occupy the table for a maximum of half an hour, just enough time to eat something quick. The second time, she didn't even give us time to enter through the door. Probably, in her opinion, we had unfriendly faces 🤷🏼♀️. Too bad, because staying in the B&B just a few meters from the restaurant would have been a very convenient solution for meals.

I ate a very good piadina, I had missed eating something where the difference between gluten-free and not didn't stand out. I would have simply preferred there to be more mozzarella in my piadina! But for the rest, 100% recommended and I will definitely try other dishes next time :)
