Certified AIC restaurant-pizzeria, rustic atmosphere, polite and friendly service, but perhaps a bit rough around the edges. The menu is unique, and to find out what was gluten-free, I had to ask the waiter, who had to go to the kitchen multiple times for confirmation. Almost the entire menu was available gluten-free. I chose from the restaurant menu. The food was good, though the cost might be a bit high for the quality. For the pizza, it might be necessary to notify in advance (or at least that's what we were told at the time of booking). Strange thing: the dishes arrived unmarked (so I had to ask the waiter for confirmation that they were actually gluten-free). Perhaps one of the few times this has happened to me in an AIC establishment.

Siamo venuti da Grosseto su suggerimento di una persona celiaca perché,a suo dire,la pizza SG era molto buona. Per il sapore é da dire che è buona,ma l'aspetto è sottile e piuttosto croccante,molto diversa dalla classica pizza napoletana. Anche la pizza col glutine aveva un aspetto simile: sottile e poco elastica. Metto quattro stelle perché abbiamo preso anche due antipasti misti sg ed erano favolosi. Abbiamo notato che la maggior parte degli altri ospiti prendeva pesce ed il profumo era molto invitante. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare altre pietanze,ma non la pizza:)
