gluten-free food that is impeccable and the same as normal, too good. For those who are lactose intolerant, you can also put mozzarella on the pizza. Everything is perfect.

A beautiful discovery. Very often we look for trendier, Instagrammable pizzerias and overlook quality a bit. We visited them on a Saturday evening because we were looking for gluten-free pizza. The reviews were excellent, and we decided to go. We waited about 20 minutes because you can't reserve on Saturdays. They exceeded my expectations with the quality of the products; the pizza and fried items were delicious. What really impressed me was the professionalism of the staff. They must have understood that we were new to the gluten-free world and explained a few things to us. They described the preparation methods, reassuring us about the absolute lack of contamination, and introduced us to gluten-free beers, etc. I'll be honest, I initially focused too much on appearances (even though the place is well-kept and clean). Here, there's a lot of substance, and you can tell that gluten-free is a choice they pursue with consistency and seriousness. The owners are very friendly. We will return often. Well done!

I had heard about the pizzeria Fratelli Vallefuoco located in Aversa for a while, and I must say that its reputation is well-deserved.... After about twenty minutes, we were seated. The dining room is not very large but welcoming. The gluten-free fritters are delicious 😋😋😋, as is the gluten-free pizza 🍕🍕🍕. Of course, the regular pizza is also good. I noticed a lot of seriousness and preparation, as it should be for everyone! I will definitely return. 2 pizzas 1 gluten-free croquette €2.50 1 gluten-free frittatina €3.00 Attached is the receipt.

Exceptional. Just exceptional. The gluten-free par excellence. The regular has no rivals. The waiters are very kind and always available despite the fatigue. What more do you want? A fair price? That's there too.

Very good pizza. Very affordable prices. Courtesy and availability from all the staff. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a good gluten-free pizza with their own dough. (Not the usual frozen and packaged base)

This is now my go-to pizzeria!! I order the gluten-free pizza and it’s exceptional!! Recently, they also have another gluten-free cereal blend that is really good!! Friendly staff, clean and well-organized place! It is accessible for those with wheelchairs. The service is quick and the price is more than fair!!

Great pizzeria, qualified staff, and super delicious pizzas! Thanks to them, as a celiac, I was able to rediscover the true taste of Neapolitan pizza, even though it is gluten-free; there is no difference, and when I brought family and friends there, they all confirmed my experience! Since that day, there is no other pizzeria that can replace Fratelli Vallefuoco. Moreover, they have a very extensive menu of unique pizzas, including my favorite, the Tyrolean! Highly recommended for both those who are celiac like me and those who are not!!!

Suitable for celiacs and definitely to be appreciated, the gluten-free pizza is more than decent, while the standard ones, particularly those with a stuffed crust, appear too thin in the center with an almost "paper-like" consistency; the dough definitely needs improvement! Waiting time at the tables is quite long, at least 25/30 minutes. I do not recommend going there on weekends due to the crowd that forms.

A very nice pizzeria located in Aversa, considered one of the best for gluten-free pizza preparations. In this place, I tasted a Margherita with ricotta-filled crust, "delicious," and there is also a wide variety of pizzas for celiac customers. The only downside is that you always need to wait for hours, and it's not possible to make a reservation. Nevertheless, it remains one of the favorites in the area and the nearby villages. I will definitely return.
