Excellent typical dishes with and without gluten

I am celiac and when I entered, it felt like a dream. We have been to this place for the second time; it has become a must-visit when we are in Bologna. Sublime dishes, tortellini, homemade tortellini even gluten-free... a plate of pasta is full of flavor and abundant, but you want to keep eating because they are so good. I highly recommend trying the stuffed pasta, although in my heart there is a special place for tagliatelle alla bolognese. Compliments to all the staff, who are friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend the best dishes and ideal combinations to try as many things as possible.

Simple place in Corte Isolani, typical dishes that I think are good. I had some really tasty pumpkin-filled tortelli. Excellent desserts, prices are average and fair.

Typical Bolognese menu with truly exquisite food. Very attentive staff to contamination issues.

We had high expectations, but we were a bit disappointed. We ended up on a night when there was a lack of staff (once we were told there was a shortage in the dining area and another time in the kitchen). We booked for 8:00 PM but only ordered at 8:40 PM since there was only one person taking orders (plus, one table ordered before us because not everyone is polite enough to wait their turn and they also took advantage of the confusion of the staff). After the wait, we were also disappointed with the dishes; compared to other restaurants, they didn't serve fried dumplings with the cold cuts appetizer, which had to be purchased separately, six pieces for 8 euros (the quantity is not specified, but it seems a bit much, though it was good and not greasy). Then we had a lasagna (I expected more) and tagliatelle with ragù (the ragù was good). That said, the price-to-quality ratio for us was excessive (64 euros for a small cutting board, two first courses, and a bottle of water). It's a shame because we had high hopes and were a bit let down; I recommend it mainly for its central location. However, despite the challenging situation, the staff was always kind.

Locale AIC, handmade appetizers. Surely a regular stop of mine when I have guests, even those who are not celiac, who always appreciate it a lot.
5
a space dedicated to my family dinners. there’s a possibility to eat everything, in a family atmosphere. they are certified, so you can relax and enjoy a good first course.
5
They have the entire menu gluten-free, with fresh pasta made strictly by them. The staff pays maximum attention to celiac disease and are available to advise in case of further needs. I recommend it.
5
excellent quality for gluten-free and reasonable prices considering the typically expensive area

menu of traditional Bologna, very good. I had a great experience, they welcomed me very well, staff was very attentive and well-prepared for celiacs.
5
complete gluten-free menu I had the tortellini with ragù, very good friendly and informed staff highly recommended

Friendly and nice staff, as soon as I arrived they immediately asked if I needed the gluten-free menu, which offers a wide variety of typical dishes. The appetizer (with gluten-free bread) and the first courses are very good.
5
Amazing crispy breads and crescentine, certified location with gluten-free options prepared with great care. Kind and helpful staff. Strategic location in the city center.

The gluten-free menu is very varied; I tried both the tagliatelle and the stuffed pasta. I highly recommend it if you are in the city center.
5
Great service and also the food. Upon arrival, they ask if a gluten-free menu is needed! The dishes are marked to differentiate from those containing gluten. I recommend it!
4
Everything is absolutely certified and with wide gluten-free options. A bit expensive; typical food from the Bolognese cuisine with good quality but not excellent. Great, however, from a safety standpoint.
4
it's a pity it's so expensive, because everything else is impeccable.
5
Excellent in everything, from the pasta to the safety

Excellent Bolognese food, perfect if you are looking for traditional cuisine. They are very attentive to contamination, you eat well; I highly recommend it.
5
Typical Bolognese cuisine, all gluten-free. Excellent quality, attentive and helpful staff. Certified venue. I recommend trying the basket of crescentine. Price is appropriate for the location and setting (not low).
5
Spectacular food, quality products that don't seem gluten-free at all (according to my friends who are not gluten intolerant after tasting the gluten-free gnocco fritto). The service is a bit slow, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's beautiful to see how gluten-free tortellini are made.
5
excellent food, the best restaurant in Bologna for gluten-free, I always go back when I'm in the area
5
Very nice place right in the center. Normal and excellent gluten-free typical Bolognese dishes. Prices are high, but it’s worth it.
5
A restaurant to try. Gluten-free tortellini are delicious... the crescentine are good too.
5
everything was delicious! from the appetizers to the first courses to the desserts! the price was fair for what we ate.

Really beautiful and well-organized place! A bit difficult to reach because it is located at the end of a gallery and is not noticeable from the street. As soon as you enter, you find a lady making tortellini by hand and other types of pasta. The staff is very kind and super attentive to gluten-free needs!! We had a platter of cured meats with squaquerone and gnocco fritto, slightly expensive, and two first courses, but everything was exceptional! Highly recommended!
5
Delicious food, fantastic attention to gluten-free options, highly recommended the fried gnocco. The waiters are courteous and helpful.
5
Nice place, you eat very well, prepared and friendly staff

typical Emilia menu, all dishes are also available gluten-free. I had excellent gluten-free tagliatelle with ragù. all the pasta is handmade. very nice place.
4
Very convenient location for a visit in the city center. Very rich GF menu with almost all dishes overlapping with the regular menu. Care in service. Fair price. Welcoming staff.
4
Wide selection on the gluten-free menu, very good food, attentive service, GF dish marked with a drop of balsamic vinegar to avoid confusion.
3
Good gluten-free food, the crescentine less so. There is the possibility to share a dinner even with those who are not celiac and do not want to eat gluten-free. Prices a bit high compared to the quality.
3
Certified AIC locale. They have a visible station dedicated to making gluten-free handmade pasta. The location is very picturesque. Wide selection of gluten-free dishes, although I expected more in terms of quality. The crescentine were very greasy and inconsistent, while the tagliatelle with ragù were good, but not exceptional.
5
I had some excellent tortelloni, very good prices for being on one of the most beautiful streets in the city. Super attentive to everything!
5
Senseless green lasagna, very good! Superlative cutlet! Great gluten-free menu with plenty of choices. Upon entering, we were welcomed by a lady who was preparing tortellini in front of us, a spectacle! Highly recommended!!!
4
AIC certified location. The food is very good and the staff is very attentive. I will return.

Very good pumpkin tortelli. Wide choice of gluten-free dishes. Friendly staff, but wait times are a bit long.
