Pan8 is just a stone's throw away from Piazza Maggiore in Bologna. The waiters are very attentive to gluten-free options and various intolerances, making me feel at ease from the very beginning. The platter was truly excellent, served with gluten-free bread (they brought the gluten bread for my husband separately). With the bill, they bring a little "gift" for the customers: a gluten-free and lactose-free chocolate tortellino. A real treat!
