The Ristorante Pizzeria Milana offers a wide selection of gluten-free pizzas with various doughs and a rustic location ideal for families. The service is a bit slow, but the pizzas do not disappoint.

3 different doughs SG, SH beer, care in the equipment with specific colored cutlery... I ordered a Napoli pizza with Teff, Chia, and gluten-free flour dough. Soft just right and without an aftertaste.

valid only for the pizza…..wide choice of doughs and really good, it's a shame about everything else, at 8 PM on an ordinary Saturday the kitchen is closed, staff is always different, once it was a show unfortunately after Covid they are in free fall, I go only for the pizza

I had the pizza with buckwheat and it was okay. However, the service is slow (40 minutes of waiting) and they put few toppings on the pizza. Acceptable but it can be done better.

Very rustic location, suitable for family dinners or a quick pizza. Wide choice with different doughs (gluten-free, corn, buckwheat, etc.). The offering and effort are appreciated, but it's not the best GF pizza; sufficient but nothing more.

Mediocre pizza and shameful service, very rude.

Very good GF pizzas, with the possibility to choose from different doughs. Spacious place, suitable for families, generally noisy.

I found this pizzeria through the AIC app during a trip. The place is slightly hidden with a small parking lot and an outdoor space with tables and chairs. Inside, there are two large dining rooms, with somewhat dated decor but clean and very well maintained. At the entrance, there is an offer of gluten-free products, pasta, and specialty flours, like sorghum flour, available for purchase. At the table, the setting uses different colors to better identify the gluten-free diners. The pizzas are fantastic! One gluten-free pizza with buckwheat dough was delicious! Well cooked and with a tasty base. Another gluten-free pizza with deglutenized dough was fabulous!!! HIGH! Well risen, soft, cooked perfectly even in the center, flavorful... Absolutely delicious!! At the end of the meal, I chatted with the waitress whom I believe is also the owner. I complimented her on the quality of the food and the service; she explained that all the dough is prepared by them and that they create all their mixes. Moreover, as an alternative to pizza, you can ask the kitchen to prepare a first course with one of the products they sell. They were very polite, and the pizza was excellent! The price was slightly high but absolutely worth it!! If I can give a couple of small tips: reconsider the style and colors of the venue and the choices on the pizzeria menu; there are really too many and it feels a bit overwhelming! Thank you for the hospitality and the delicious pizza!

Good pizza, especially gluten-free, but the restaurant is a no-go! Very slow, we waited over an hour for two tiny slices of steak paid too much. The desserts were nothing special and there was a hair in the coffee sorbet.

A lot of variety of doughs. The soft dough is very good. As for gluten-free doughs, I recommend the rice and corn dough, both tasty.

I hadn't been back to this place in a long time and I must say I had a truly excellent pizza! The table service was friendly and accommodating, plus, I had the chance to try a new dough they offered! Light and very flavorful!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, especially for those with food intolerances (the gluten-free dough is one of the best I've ever tasted!!!).

Gluten-free pizza with defatted dough, very good and soft. Extremely high prices. Pizza for two people, bill €45.

Unfortunately, I have to update the review.. February 12, 2023. Delivered gluten pizza instead of gluten-free!! A mistake I never expected.. and which caused considerable harm and illnesses. Unfortunately, the quality and attention of the pizzeria have worsened a lot, alongside a huge increase in prices. Very poor toppings, delays of 25 minutes for takeout, without respect for the booking time slots, having ordered pizzas for dinner at lunch. But above all, it’s unforgivable to get a gluten-free pizza wrong!!! Both in the toppings.. but especially in the dough! Paid for gluten-free, received pizza with gluten!!! I never would have expected this from a certified AIC establishment. Let's really hope for a return to the past.. it is a serious loss for Imola. 2021 Review Great pizza, special doughs. It's very important to specify if the special dough is for celiacs (celiacs electric oven, non-celiacs wood oven contaminated pizza). Dough available: Kamut Buckwheat Gluten-Free Rice Flour Corn Whole Grain Spelt Mother Yeast Soft (digestible pizza) Whole Grain.. I've never seen so many dough options to choose from. At the time of ordering, specify if you are celiac; they have dedicated dishes, a separate path, and a separate oven to avoid cross-contamination (from contact between nearby foods, etc.). Extremely attentive. Great also as a seafood restaurant.

Great pizza and quite punctual with the delivery. There are many varieties; we ordered takeout classic pizzas with a soft crust, regular pizzas, and also gluten-free pizza. The pizzas were large and tasty, not burnt, and were delivered in a decent timeframe compared to the reserved time. The gluten-free pizza also tastes like real pizza, and they produce it with a strictly controlled process separate from the others.

Good pizza, definitely poor service, slow, not efficient...what a pity! It has great potential but I won't be going back. Good for celiacs.

I have been three times and I was very happy even though the service is a bit slow. It's a pity that there is no gluten-free vegan pizza combined, but I wonder if there is any way to remedy that! I would also like to drink gluten-free beer with the pizza! But the dough is truly exceptional! Congratulations! I was born satisfied!
