Discovered thanks to my boyfriend's recommendation, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the place; itās rare to find entirely gluten-free shops like this. It is well-stocked with all kinds of pasta, bread, brioche, cookies, and much more. Itās convenient because you can pay for any product with the celiac disease prescription, just remember to bring the health card. Bonus points for the lady at the counter, very kind; I will definitely return.

I assigned 4 stars as an initial rating; the store is well-stocked and organized by product type and producers, but parking outside is a bit difficult since it's on a narrow and fairly busy street.

What to say about a very specialized store for people with celiac disease where you can find a really vast assortment of both industrial and pre-packaged products from the best brands on the market, but also an excellent range of planned and sweet items prepared in their laboratory, always fresh and tasty enough to make traditional products envious. The owner and staff are always smiling and available for advice.

A store with an attached bar where I found a large handwritten sign saying "open". This is because there are scaffolds surrounding the entire building undergoing facade renovation. The interior is minimal with shelves displaying various gluten-free and lactose-free brands, etc. The two ladies, one at the checkout and the other restocking the shelves, were kind. Frankly, I expected more compared to other gluten-free businesses. The prices are in line with others but still inexplicably high for me, especially if you don't have the exemption voucher because you're not celiac but intolerant.

The real reference point for purchasing gluten-free in Brescia, even just for the great availability of every type of food, from bread to snacks, including pasta. Thereās even a fresh pastry section (which, if I remember correctly, is not covered by the vouchers from the Lombardy region). The staff are very kind and available in case of doubts or questions about any product.

The store seems quite well-stocked, but the staff (I'm talking about a young girl) seems a bit incompetent. For example, I asked for information regarding the use and properties of a product based on omega-3 (which they sell) and the girl candidly replied, "I have no idea what itās for"....
