I tend to believe that the one who was out of sorts that day was her. The review reeks of hysteria. Have a good life in another store. I have been a customer for a long time, but today I was really disappointed with the service and the availability of products. I arrived at 9:15 and before me there were two English tourists. After spending a good €48, the salesgirl not only ignored me when I loudly commented that I would take the last braid left (because the brioche were finished), but she thought it was fine to give it to them, pretending not to hear me. She didn’t care and was rude; she could have asked the tourists if they could leave it for me since they were taking several products and especially because she knows me and knows very well that I go there precisely because it’s the only place in all of Bergamo where a celiac can find some quality products for breakfast. Instead, she preferred to impress the tourists since they were spending quite a bit. Furthermore, I want to point out that this is already the third time I have arrived in the morning and found any savory product, but no sweet one. I understand that these are small realities and not easy to maintain, but I find it unacceptable that at 9 in the morning there is nothing left, and I believe it is equally unlikely that within an hour of opening all the brioche have been sold. I have always thought of this place as a paradise for a celiac person, but from today they will have one less customer due to a very rude salesgirl.

Great gluten-free baker, a bit expensive (20 euros per kg and over for bread and focaccias). As for the sweets, they are also very good but inconsistent; sometimes overly sweet, other times perfect. Suitable for lactose and soy allergic people as many products are free from them. I can't go very often due to reduced hours, usually closing in the middle of the afternoon, but that's just my personal issue. If it were possible to use the regional card for purchases, it would be perfect. The place is clean and bright, friendly staff. P.S.: They also have an app for discounts every certain points, so if you go often it’s worth using it.

Bought a magic box. Aside from the fact that everything is priced at €20, even the bread, which is really absurd, I found the bread extremely hard, and the focaccia had a hardened edge. Only a slice of pizza was decent. Never again. The taste of the food is also not pleasant.

On top of that, when you enter there is this rope that keeps customers away from the counter, and the impact is not pleasant at all. It's a shame about the salesperson's unfriendly disposition, not very amiable (I asked to heat a piece of pizza... eaten right after coming out, and it was still cold). You are great at doing your job, but when someone kinder reaches your levels... people then choose accordingly.
