It's the first gluten-free place I tried when I moved to Bologna. The food is really good and safety is guaranteed. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic but still always a guarantee.

It was a surprise! It has plenty of gluten-free options, including the Bolognese cutlet, really special, especially gluten-free. But they also served it with a really great rosemary piadina. On another occasion, I tried the pizza, which was also excellent. They even have lactose-free mozzarella.

Exceptional! I had my graduation dinner and they immediately showed themselves to be prepared and extremely helpful in devising an appropriate menu with a fair gluten-free option as well. The first courses were delicious and plentiful, the pizza was truly indistinguishable from the gluten version, and there was an excellent cake that nobody noticed was gluten-free! Congratulations, I will definitely keep this in mind for any other occasion.
