I went there driven by the good reviews, but my experience wasn’t great. The service was rushed, and the timing was poorly coordinated, so my partner and I ate at different times. I wanted to try the bigoli alla carbonara to switch it up from my usual duck sauce, but that was a mistake. The pasta was just packaged spaghetti (nothing wrong with that, except for the price of €12), and the sauce had a strange taste, as if they had used sausages instead of guanciale. The dessert was also packaged, nothing special. I would say it’s a place I would recommend if you find yourself in the area and don’t have high expectations regarding quality, because it still seemed quite safe overall.

I think it's the only restaurant where you can eat gluten-free Bigoli in the province of Padova. The Bigoli are a bit fine in my opinion, but they have a good taste. Generous portions. They provide gluten-free snacks as appetizers.

Se Leopardi fosse un cuoco lavorerebbe di sicuro Al Bigolaro. Siamo stati a pranzo quest'oggi in questa location meravigliosa immersa nei colli euganei previa prenotazione di qualche settimana prima e siamo stati coccolati dall'antipasto fino al dolce. Cucina da urlo (con due coperti senza glutine, con bigoli identici a quelli glutinosi), personale preparato nel consigliare la giusta portata per ogni desiderio ed esigenza, buon vino e tanta bella gente. Dalla Puglia con furore, non ci hanno fatto rimpiangere minimamente la cucina pugliese, torneremo alla prima occasione utile. E per finire la ciliegina sulla torta, antipasti di qualità, primi, secondi, dolci, litri di vino della casa, caffè e amari: una quarantina di euro a persona. Foto con lo chef allegata! P.S. Bigoli is the main dish of this place. Very well-prepared and tasty food. Cozy both inside and outside. With convenient parking, suitable for children, and with attention to the gluten-free menu. Excellent quality-price ratio. I recommend it.
