It's fantastic! Delicious gluten-free things made on-site and not the usual packaged stuff. The only downside: you have to arrive very early because otherwise the gluten-free options run out quickly.

Excellent pastry shop for both leavened goods for breakfast (personally, I prefer the cremini) and for cakes. They have also started producing high-quality gluten-free products. Their schiacciata alla fiorentina during the Carnival season is a must-try.
