I would call it... the gluten-free oasis!! A store stocked with every product. I found this good deal, the double pack is on promotion for €3.70.

Excellent store, large assortment including fresh products of their own production, very kind and competent staff ..... BUT, rather a huge BUT, how can you keep a store of primary necessity closed for 3, and I say 3 afternoons a week???? I can’t manage to do my shopping anymore!!!! I have to go to the competition even if they don’t have our favorite brands!!!!!! I understand Saturday afternoons in the summer months, BUT even Tuesday and Thursday seem too much!!!!! I hope changes will be made to the opening hours, otherwise we will have to spend our 2 monthly vouchers elsewhere……

Second time I visit this gluten-free temple. My ignorance on the subject was nearly total, but the manager Matteo, professional, helpful, and quite handsome, explained many things to me. He recommended the brands he thought were most suitable for my tastes and introduced me to the world of fresh products, truly amazing! I have now become addicted to the Diplomat cake, a triumph of well-balanced flavors... and the pizza... excellent! They are also well stocked with special flours for DIY lovers... ready meals... in short.. what more do you want?
