Very attentive and prepared even though they are not certified (even the gluten-free polenta, which is not obvious, indeed difficult) friendly and courteous staff. Very good fish, every time the experience is satisfying.

Good, fresh, well-cooked products, and quite well presented. The environment is definitely taken care of, creating a rather "seaside" atmosphere. It's a shame about the lack of clarity in the descriptions of the main courses: the board only indicates the type of fish, and for some, how they are cooked or presented is a surprise! It's a pity about the management of the table settings: my son (8 years old) couldn't have either a menu or a wine glass, which was already on the table. However, they left him the knife! It's a shame about the management of the tablecloths: some tables have them (paper), others sadly eat on wood, and some have a tablecloth (also paper, same design) that only covers 2/3 of the table! It's a pity about the napkins: in a restaurant, not even the cheapest ones, I shouldn't find paper napkins! It's a shame about the bill: the price is a bit higher than other experiences in the same area and of the same type. It's a pity about the staff: very polite, sufficiently prepared, but always with an underlying attitude of "I do the bare minimum and charge full price, then we'll see": in my opinion, communication skills are definitely lacking, and there seems to be a certain disinterest in providing clarification to the unsure customer. This last point, along with the previously mentioned "board", raises serious doubts about the management of food intolerances. In any case, it's worth a visit once in a lifetime just for the lagoon view, which requires mandatory reservation.

A stilt house just outside the center on the waters of Grado, furnished informally. Good service, quick and always present. Menu with limited choices that varies based on the daily availability of fish, guaranteeing freshness while paying close attention to allergens and celiacs. In addition to a good selection of grilled fish, the standout dish is definitely the classic boreto, tasty and satisfying just the right amount, not too peppery but with the option to spice it at the table as tradition dictates. Let yourself be guided on the dessert list because there’s always some daily special that perfectly concludes the meal. Local wine list is essential but satisfying. Very good quality-price ratio even compared to central places that offer lower quality at reckless prices. Don't miss this gem!
