The hotel is located in a very quiet position and is less than five minutes on foot from the beach. The beautiful pedestrian center of Grado, however, is not very close, taking about 20 to 25 minutes to walk. We were there at Easter, and there were still parking spots available in the center, but I don't know about the high season. The room was a bit dated but very spacious, bright, and clean; the bathroom had a window, the shower was tricky to adjust, and the water flow was weak. The ladies who manage the hotel are all very kind and helpful and make the guests feel at home. The breakfast was very good and varied, especially the gluten-free options, which are truly rare: the homemade cake was delicious, and the chocolate muffins were excellent! The hotel does not have a restaurant, but you can use a nearby restaurant, which is part of the same property, at a discount, that also offers various gluten-free options. The hotel has a small paid private parking lot. Care must be taken on Saturday morning, market day. Nearby parking is in a towing zone; we found a spot outside with some difficulty and quite far away, but I don’t know about high season. Parking in the hotel's parking lot is a good solution only if you do not plan to use the car until 2/3 PM on Saturday because until then, you will not be able to drive through the market area. The price of the stay was good. I had a great time, and if I have the chance to return to Grado, I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Family-run hotel just steps from the sea and the thermal baths of Grado! Everyone who works here is always kind, available, fun, and always with a smile on their face. They work with love for what they do. Possibility of sweet and savory (gluten-free) breakfasts, and free bike rentals. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed at Franco's restaurant, which is excellent! By the end of your vacation, you'll want to stay longer.
