For a tourist like us in Trieste, the place is a bit off the usual itineraries, but on the bright side, it has a very convenient and spacious parking lot for the car. Recommended.

A true paradise for celiacs, from sweet to savory. I was able to enjoy wonderful sweet breakfasts based on brioche and buy focaccias, arancini, meatballs, and sandwiches to eat around during my vacation. Honest prices and friendly staff; when I return to Trieste, I will be happy to come back to this place.

Finally, I am reviewing this place where I go every time I pass through Trieste. For some time now, they have changed locations; they are situated in a slightly displaced area, less convenient to reach (Valmaura) unless you use public transport, and actually not very visible from the road. However, it is worth stopping by if youâre looking for the bakery with the largest selection of vegan and gluten-free options in Friuli and Veneto. Moreover, the coffee area is very well-kept and pleasant for breakfast or an aperitif. The vegan brioche with cream, pistachio cream, chocolate, and plain ones are excellent: they are airy and fragrant. The pain au chocolat is also really good, flaky and light. I also recommend the small pizzas, perhaps to take away and enjoy while walking on the pier. I suggest ordering cakes as well; for my birthday, I got a millefoglie with cream, chocolate chips, and strawberries. Everyone loved it, both those with intolerances and those without. Delicious food, gluten-free brioche in various flavors like jam, small pistachio, and Nutella. The bread is homemade, as everything else there. Cozy and super modern place, always smiling and happy staff. If you don't want to eat inside, there is also a garden with umbrellas for sun protectionâ. Very kind and helpful staff. The bread and pizza are good, and the focaccia with olives is very nice. When I went, the sweet pastry offerings were not very extensive, but I tasted a croissant that was very good, crispy, and flaky. They also make krapfen, but I haven't had the chance to try them yet. The prices are good considering they are gluten-free products; the bread is a good deal, but the pizzas are slightly expensive.
