Spacious place with many seats, a completely gluten-free menu aside! Gluten-free pizza not excellent, good ingredients but the base a bit hard to cut. In the AIC circuit.

Separate Glutenfree menu available from starter to dessert! Very good service and friendly staff!

Very beautiful place and excellent service (gluten-free dishes are served with gloves). Everything is gluten-free from the appetizer to dessert. They also make first courses. The regular pizza was good, but the gluten-free one was not the best (cooked in the electric oven).

I went to this place with friends for a Saturday lunch. I must say the service was very poor, chaotic, with waiters changing constantly and wrong orders. In fact, when we went to the cashier to pay, they couldn't get the bill right because some orders were missing and there were dishes we hadn't ordered. The gluten-free pizza was nothing special; in my opinion, it was a pre-made base, very doughy with a flat crust. From the reviews, I expected to encounter a great pizza, but I guess I was just unlucky....

Lunch with friends, I had the "Mortazza" pizza with pistachio cream, smoked provolone, and fresh from the oven: buffalo ricotta, Supreme Fiorucci mortadella, lemon zest, and Bronte DOP pistachios. My partner had a gluten-free capricciosa pizza. Both pizzas were excellent; mine was definitely not very light but was much appreciated. Service was okay and the price was fair.

Absolutely recommended for people with celiac disease!!! I have lived in Trieste since I was born and, personally, I have never eaten such good gluten-free pizza in a restaurant!! The restaurant has seating both outside and inside, and being very close to the shores of Trieste, it should already earn two stars because the view, especially in the evening, is spectacular. The interior is spacious and well arranged. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The pizzas arrive quickly and the wait is not long. The pizza I ordered arrived hot and honestly, I found no faults. Personally, I really think I will return and recommend it to some celiac friend!

I would say the service is poor in this place. My daughter and I won't set foot here again. We ordered a Margherita and a gluten-free pizza, both of which were awful. The regular dough was too chewy and nothing like Neapolitan pizza. Pizzaioli, learn! However, in my opinion, the white pizza is the best.... They even use refrigerated dough, which is why the crust was raw.

Really excellent pizza like the Neapolitan one, made with DOP and IGP products. They also offer various flavors and different types of dough (including for celiacs). There are also typical Campanian desserts. Excellent quality/price ratio, highly recommended! The waiters are very friendly and attentive to the customers. I had a great experience and I plan to return gladly to try other flavors.

Modern and clean locale, good pizza similar to Pizzikotto. Possibility to taste pizzas with special ingredients and flours (5 grains, kamut, etc.) and gluten-free foods (AIC certified venue). Prices above the average of pizzerias, quick and courteous service.
