The venue is quite close to the center of Trieste, so it's easily reachable on foot. I had the gluten-free pizza, it was good but not the best I've ever had. However, I was still happy to be able to go out and eat pizza without depriving myself. The dough is cooked in the same oven, but they are very careful. The regular pizza, on the other hand, was very good; my husband enjoyed it! I'm giving three stars only for the gluten-free pizza! But the place is really cute and the staff is super friendly!

Excellent pizza, very digestible, both with traditional dough and gluten-free. Although I'm not a fan of Neapolitan pizza, I found this dough very digestible, light, and tasty. Kudos to the gluten-free pizza, which is not an imitation of the gluten pizza but a pizza with its own flavor, almost a "fried" effect, tasty and light.

Not suitable for celiacs. Although we have gluten-free options, they are not suitable for people with celiac disease. The pizza is cooked in the same oven as the normal one (so gluten-free does not, as far as I'm concerned, indicate a lack of sensitivity/knowledge on the subject). I had a grilled steak with grilled vegetables which I was told was okay even for contamination, but I was sick all night. For non-celiacs: the other guests were satisfied.

We found this restaurant while searching for a gluten-free place. The venue is very nice, spacious inside and outside, well-kept, and has a contemporary style, just outside the city’s historic center but still easily reachable. We had a good time, unfortunately the gluten-free pizza dough was finished so I couldn't taste it, but I had the Mediterranean pasta with slightly spicy tomato, oregano, and stracciatella of burrata: good, al dente! The regular pizza, however, is fantastic!! Super compliments indeed! It rose beautifully, with a tall, tasty, and airy crust! The filling of tomato, mozzarella, and anchovies was amazing, flavorful, stretchy, and just right. The menu is quite varied, with several traditional Friulian dishes as well as others, which is always appreciated when wanting to taste local products! The service was friendly and quick, the only downside is that unfortunately many items on the menu were sold out and the quality/price ratio I would say is quite honest, considering the other places in the area, which are much more touristy and commercial.

The best place in Trieste without a doubt. Quick service, with great variety, delicious pizzas, gluten-free dough, fried pizza, special tiramisu with chocolate biscuit. Top fried pizza, also the DOP ones, with truffle, mortadella, and pistachio. A good place for hosting large dinners, beautiful and cozy terrace. Professional and attentive service.

I always feel great here, both for the attentive service and the menu selection, which, in addition to pizzas, also offers other dishes cooked with care and fresh ingredients. It's commendable that they pay attention to offering gluten-free pizzas with excellent texture and flavor. Well done!

Pizzeria in a nearly central area of Trieste, next to the Court. Spacious locale with friendly and prepared staff, as well as kind. Possibility of gluten-free dough (Gluten free) but only for people who adopt a Gluten free lifestyle and not for Celiacs (since the pizza is cooked in the same oven even though in a separate pan). Pizza with high-quality ingredients using Caputo flour, showing attention in the dough. The only downside is that the pizza is chewy on the edge, and as connoisseurs of Neapolitan pizza would say, it is a bit excessively chewy (not enough air bubbles, to clarify, as seen in the photo). Excellent tiramisu, but I would recommend changing the name since it has nothing to do with tiramisu, lacking coffee and ladyfingers, although it is very good. Overall, I recommend the locale and suggest some corrections to the staff/owners to maximize the place! Price is average!

Food is average. The welcome and treatment were a bit cold. On the gluten-free restaurant list, even though it's not certified, they don’t have bread or desserts that are gluten-free. I wouldn't go back.

Finally, a good Neapolitan gluten-free pizza! A tasty flavor even for us celiacs! Digestible and delicious pizza, in a simple yet cozy location, attentive staff.. The perfect conclusion was undoubtedly the dessert, a true delicacy! Excellent value for money!

LOCATION: The pizzeria is located on Coroneo Street near the Tribunal of Trieste. The place is nice, a bit minimalist but modern at the same time. There is also an outdoor space with several seats available, which is very interesting during the summer. MENU: Here you will be able to savor the true Neapolitan pizza. The dough is soft, the ingredients used are of absolute quality, truly a taste experience to try. Special mention for the desserts, all delicious and lovingly prepared by a young man who will carefully explain their preparation. Moreover, although not certified in the gluten-free circuit, the pizzeria caters to the needs of celiac and lactose-intolerant individuals! SERVICE: Everyone on the staff is kind and helpful. BILL: The final bill is slightly higher than that of an ordinary pizzeria in the area, but the quality/price ratio considering the quality of the pizza and ingredients used is very high. Absolutely recommended!

I don't often go out to eat pizza, but that's a shortcoming of mine.... Little to say, pizza is a delight; saying it is very good doesn't do it justice. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive to your needs, and they are also prepared for gluten intolerances, with spectacular desserts. A tip: if you are also lactose intolerant, bring your own mozzarella.
