They mainly make gluten pizzas on a paddle, but upon request they prepare round gluten-free pizzas (Schär base) on the spot. The pizzas are very good for a quick break. AIC certified.

Gluten-free pizza is delicious, soft, and never heavy. Always very kind, but if you order during the weekend, especially if you have orders with gluten-free pizzas, you need to book at least that same afternoon.

The classic Roman thin crust gluten-free pizza, which is delicious, can be found here. It's a pity that it can't be ordered by the slice, but it's excellent.

You should have a little self-reflection. My husband came with a 7-year-old child to ask for pizza in person, and with politeness and calmness, we just wanted to spend a peaceful Saturday evening at home and you treated him very poorly, dismissing him because "we don't even have these ingredients, we're closing now." After 5 minutes, I place the order on Deliveroo with THE SAME ingredients and magically we receive everything! Congratulations! Politeness for locals who could become regular customers? NO, but the Deliveroo customer yes because they pay more? I hope you learn from your mistakes and have more humility next time. I am not deleting the review and if I feel like it, I will replicate it on other platforms. UPDATE: NOW THEY SAY IT'S IMPOSSIBLE AND THAT WE MUST HAVE GONE TO THE WRONG PIZZERIA, FALSE. WE LIVE NEARBY, 5 MINUTES WALK. I WON'T REVIEW OR RESPOND FURTHER. WHAT I WANTED TO SAY TO EVERYONE I HAVE SAID, BEST WISHES.

A place run by young, skilled, and enthusiastic guys. The gluten-free pizza is excellent, indistinguishable from the one made with regular flour (there are also other doughs like kamut and whole grain) in an informal yet welcoming environment. Fair prices.

I ordered a bag from Too Good To Go. Inside I found old, dried pizza of only one predominant type with terrible flavor and quality. I will not return. In response to your message, I inform you that I wrote predominant because, in addition to the 4 spinach pieces, which had a terrible taste, there was a piece with eggplant, better than the spinach one but still clearly old, and a red piece. Normally, in a bag, I expect the corners since that part usually remains; in your bag, there was only one corner, that of the red pizza, while the spinach pizza was all central. It was pizza that was so unappetizing that only the central piece remained. Furthermore, it is not true that the value is 12 euros because, being unappealing corner pieces that are difficult to sell, the value is exactly what you pay. Additionally, the goal is to avoid food waste by recycling what would have difficulty being sold, even if it is good quality. But this does not allow retailers to include in the bag a product that is now inedible.

A true discovery for those who are gluten intolerant! I was pleasantly surprised by this gluten-free pizzeria: the pizzas are simply excellent, with a light, well-leavened, and tasty dough—so much so that you won’t miss the traditional version at all! Another great strength is the fantastic supplì, crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside, truly irresistible. It’s rare to find gluten-free fried snacks made so well! The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of customers, which really makes a difference, especially for those with special dietary needs. A place to definitely return to. Highly recommended for both celiacs and anyone looking for a delicious pizza (and supplì)!

Today I stopped at this pizzeria for lunch, and I must say I was very satisfied.. the pizza and supplì were delicious.. I think I will stop there often 😋 And they are very nice..👍 I recommend you try it 🍺

The pizza is very good, they offer a good variety with quality toppings. Perhaps it's too expensive compared to the competition in the area. The biggest problem is the air circulation inside the restaurant; as soon as you enter, you are enveloped by a very strong oven smell, and when you leave, your clothes are all soaked, and you have to take them to the dry cleaner. Other than that, if you stay outside, it's worth it; everyone is very kind.

Friendly and helpful staff. Chosen for the option of gluten-free pizzas and fried foods, of which there is a nice selection. It's a pity they don't deliver to a wider area! Great discovery.

Despite being close to closing time, the manager was extremely nice and prepared a gluten-free pizza for me, which was delicious. The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had, and you can tell there's a lot of experience behind it. Kudos to both the staff and the way of eating, 5 well-deserved stars; if I could give more, I would.

Good morning, I found this pizzeria by chance and it was a fantastic surprise!!! I should mention that I am celiac and here at Setaccio I tasted one of the best gluten-free pizzas, having become resigned to the usual Schär bases, I never imagined I could taste a real GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA! My family tried the kamut dough, which was also a masterpiece! As soon as we return to the area, we will come to see you! Thank you, Domenico

Finally, after a brief period of management change, Domenico has returned, bringing with him his excellent pizzas (with and without gluten)! My brother and I have been gluten intolerant for years, and we are truly lucky to have him near our home because it is rare to find gluten-free pizzas that are so good.

Very good gluten-free pizza, super filled and large.. great discovery. Gluten-free pizza is also available for lunch but, unlike in the evening, it needs to be requested a little in advance.

Where are the legally displayed prices for pizza by the slice? I had to ask him after he quoted me an absurd price for some red pizza! He replied 15 per kg... A price definitely out of the market since it hovers around 9 to 10. As if the obvious mockery of the price wasn't enough, I ended up with a product of very common taste and quality! Terrible experience!

The place is well-kept and the staff are friendly. They make an excellent thin, crispy pizza, well-topped, also for those who want to enjoy it gluten-free. Perhaps for my tastes, the regular pizza was a bit salty, but since I eat everything without salt, that's normal. Otherwise, nothing to say, and I was amazed by all those trophies that the owner has won during his career. Recommended.

A different pizza from what I'm used to: the crust is very thin, unlike a typical Neapolitan pizza, and the dough also seemed lighter to me. Personally, I didn't mind it at all; it was good and easy to digest, with top toppings and prices in line with other pizzerias. What adds something extra are the options for those intolerant or allergic to gluten and lactose, which are extremely rare to find so well made.

Good and well-made gluten-free pizza. I take off a star because the need to order it 3 hours in advance, while it guarantees freshness, is quite inconvenient since pizza is often a last-minute decision. Maybe with different organization, it could be reduced to 1 hour notice. No complaints about the quality. I cannot comment on the traditional dough as I haven't tried it being celiac.

Excellent, great pizzas, even the gluten-free ones. If it were in the center of Rome, it would make a lot of money. Unfortunately, the location leaves much to be desired.

Aesthetically, I don't like the place at all. The pizza dough and flavors are very good. The owner brought us various samples of his best pizzas...with some pizzas he won the title of world champion.

A real surprise to have found the Wizard, Artist, Engineer, Creative, Pizza Chef, at the WORLD'S HIGHEST LEVEL! Domenico Tavullia selects the flours, including ancient Egyptian grains and gluten-free ones, kneads them and lets them rise for days, baking them thin and crispy, with no yeast residue after baking. This is how they are flavorful, fragrant, soft and crispy, ultra-digestible, because they don't bloat your stomach!!! Moreover, Domenico Tavilla prepares each ingredient one by one, like the WONDERFUL basil pesto that he put among the pieces of stracciatella on the Kamut pizza...

Excellent pizzeria, with a wide choice of flavors, fragrant and digestible dough, pizza made with great care. The hospitality of the owner and pizzaiolo Domenico and his wife is outstanding. The prices are absolutely reasonable.
