I ate at this restaurant on Saturday night. We ordered two seafood appetizers (portions not excessive but of excellent quality) that were served with different types of bread (classic, carasau bread, focaccia). Subsequently, we ordered two pizzas (one of which was for a gluten-intolerant person and therefore gluten-free), a fried dish, and a first course. The first course had a very particular appearance and I was told it was very good, the fried dish too (rich and very crispy). It's a pity about the long wait for the pizzas, perhaps partly due to the Saturday night? But the waiting time was really very long (even for the gluten-free pizza cooked in a separate electric oven and therefore not subject to the timings of the wood-fired oven), so long that it made the first course cold and the fried dish no longer crispy but cold and soggy. The wine selection was excellent with the option to choose from local and non-local wineries. Total price: about 100 euros, I’d say in line considering we had seafood and also very nice, original, and tasty pizzas. Personally, I would lean even more towards the Neapolitan dough (very high edges and a thin center). Definitely needs to review the management of timings and also the waiter who was a bit intrusive in asking and probing deeply about the gluten intolerance of the interested person (even with phrases like "oh, that’s not something you die from"). Definitely recommended and I will come back.
