One goes to the ice cream shop to buy ice cream, hoping to find some refreshment from this unexpected heat, but instead doesn’t realize they are entering hell. Unfortunately, they are not yet aware of the existence of air conditioning here. Let’s not even talk about the product, but unfortunately I am celiac and settled for it, believing I was enjoying artisanal ice cream. Fortunately, the last time I went, I was served by Eugenia, who is very kind and caring, while the time before there was a very arrogant, grumpy, and annoyed girl of color. Making a quality/price/environment balance, I can honestly tell you: never again.

GROM's ice cream is always satisfying. For someone with celiac disease, being able to enter and order ice cream while choosing from ALL the flavors is an invaluable gift. Moreover, the cone, the same for everyone, is crunchy and delicious in its filled variants with sprinkles.

5 stars to this ice cream chain for eliminating conventional cones from their products and choosing only gluten-free cones. The ice cream is reasonably made. The staff is young and friendly. Prices are normal.

I had the pleasure of tasting the ice cream like in the old days at GROM. Genuine, special, and suitable for celiacs. Competent and friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere, elite decor. The only flaw I noticed recently was the application of stickers on the glass that are not very relevant for an 'in' ice cream parlor like GROM used to be. As such, the trademark that has been coined for a long time must remain, and it should not be marketed like just any ice cream parlor, but as the most reputed ice cream parlor in Parma, namely GROM.
