A GIGANTIC pizza, the largest I've ever eaten (even before receiving the celiac diagnosis)!!! And this is just one of the many qualities I appreciated; first of all, the extremely high level of safety! The gluten-free pizzas are cooked in a dedicated and well-separated wood-fired oven. The ingredients used are all of excellent quality and the pizza is well topped. It's super digestible, thin, and crunchy. The place is family-run and all the staff are knowledgeable and willing to assist with any request. In conclusion, besides being one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, I'll be back for the size... which in this case really matters!
