I had seen so many gluten-free things that I didn't buy one item; I did the shopping for gluten-free products. There was a world of options; I recommend it even if you are intolerant to gluten, lactose, and eggs.

I won't take surprises anymore because there were things that expired quickly and then things I couldn't eat due to a medical condition. You can't take surprises. I'm sorry, maybe for other things it works out.

Great choice of gluten-free prepackaged (or frozen) foods. But not only that. Alternative varieties of flours, sugars, juices, honey, and jams, and everything you could desire not only for intolerances but also for healthy choices or curiosity.

Local enlightened male. I tried to get 2 boxes with "too good to go". Aside from the fact that they only had one ready (oh well, not a problem), they put the exact same products in both boxes (not very wise if you want to retain a customer, but it happens) and what dramatically lowers the rating for me is that one of the products was already expired. Regarding the quality of the lactose-free milk, I have no complaints; fortunately, that wasn't the expired product. They have the same products as other ecobio supermarkets in the city, but with less choice of fresh items. Personally, I really can't recommend it.

It's a nice little shop, quite well-stocked. The owner/manager is very kind. Besides gluten-free products, there is a good selection of organic foods. The prices are slightly lower compared to the well-known organic supermarket, which I prefer not to name.

Located on one of the main streets of Messina. Well-stocked store, many brands and products not only gluten-free but also organic. Flatbreads, pasta, cookies, corn or rice cakes, frozen products like ready-to-bake pizza, bread, puff pastry, or shortcrust pastry. Friendly and nice staff. I highly recommend it and I’m sure I will return very soon.

It's almost impossible not to find the needed product! Fair prices, and there are also monthly offers. Young and meticulous staff provide impeccable yet non-intrusive service.
