I should mention that I am not celiac, but I cannot eat anything with gluten or I will feel unwell immediately. This laboratory is my salvation! It produces bread, breadsticks, bruschetta, pizzas, simple dry desserts for breakfast, and even more elaborate desserts as a finish to meals... everything is wonderful! They are so good that even my husband, who has no issues with gluten, prefers to eat these products, especially the bread... soft inside and crunchy outside! I buy it and put it in the freezer already sliced and ready to fill in case I need to make sandwiches for our mountain trips... I take it out of the freezer in the morning, fill it while frozen, and by lunchtime, they are perfect, as if just baked. The important thing is to put them in a paper bag and not plastic during thawing. Everything is taken care of by the very kind Mrs. Catena, who will let you taste things if you have trouble choosing. Top!!! It is open to the public not every day, I believe on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but it’s better to check the website.

We switched to November looking on Google for a place to buy gluten-free products. This place is a beacon in the sea for celiacs. A well-stocked store with everything! We bought various types of bread, pizza, stuffed focaccia with mortadella, small focaccias, muffins... everything and more. Magic for the palate. A must-stop. I’m going to get gluten-free bread for my partner from this place. It’s very good and crunchy. I have never tried the birthday cakes, but they talk about them positively; of course, the cost is a bit higher compared to regular cakes, but I think it’s due to the craftsmanship. Then in the lab, they have many tempting treats on the counter that are very appealing.
