The staff were friendly, although not very professional, especially the restaurant staff. The price is definitely excessive for the quality actually offered. The pool lacks cleanliness and maintenance. The rooms are not up to the price you pay (my shower was black around the silicone edges and had been cleaned superficially), and the room was really small. Breakfast was the worst part, and in fact, their carelessness made me feel sick for days. I had notified them days before my arrival that I was vegan and severely lactose intolerant. Once I arrived, after being told not to worry, I found nothing for me at breakfast. I think the soy milk was regular milk or a mix of the two milks. I don't know why the waitress spoke to me in English. Another waiter talked about his personal life and even badmouthed his colleagues at full volume in front of the guests. In the end, they brought me a vegan tart that was raw and LITERALLY inedible, with a terrible taste and texture. In short, I wouldn't go back. Oh, first they tell you they'll give you a swimming cap and then they charge you for it... also, there is absolutely no communication between them, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. There are many things that need to be reviewed. One of these would be to soundproof the rooms because from 7 a.m. I was forced to get up because of the noise coming from the corridors, the rooms, and the garden. One last thing, electrical work should be done more discreetly and they shouldn't allow two thousand giant wires to block the passageways and stairs. It's also dangerous.

Originally a 4-star hotel, but over time it has not been properly maintained. The hotel restaurant has AIC certification, which prompted me to choose it, even though it was more expensive, for the peace of mind of having breakfast and dinner without any problems. At breakfast, the section dedicated to gluten-free products was completely empty, with the excuse that it was eaten by people who are not celiac... At that point, I was wondering what kind of products could be so sought after by everyone. Two rice cakes, a muffin, and a pack of three cookies (this is what a 4-star hotel with an AIC-certified restaurant had to offer). No information about drinks machines, jams, or anything else that might be suitable for a celiac...no one able to answer, but then came the offer of a vegan croissant (and here I give up)...for dinner, there was little choice on both the set menu and the à la carte menu....Let's move on to what concerns everyone: dirty tablecloths, no attention paid to changing and checking cutlery between guests, stained chairs... in short, a restaurant that needs a complete overhaul! Summary: I chose it for the restaurant and I won't be going back because of the restaurant.
